<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">在我們?yōu)獒t(yī)務(wù)工作者點贊和擔(dān)憂的同時，還有一個群體需要我們?nèi)リP(guān)注和保護，他們就是依靠血液透析維持生命，每周2~3次往返于醫(yī)院，即使在疫情中也不得不逆行的血液透析患者。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     透析患者由于自身免疫力降低，是新型冠狀病毒的高危易感人群。另外，住院透析患者來自醫(yī)院各個科室，其中不乏呼吸道疾病的重癥患者，而門診透析患者在外接觸源復(fù)雜，加之血液透析集中治療的特點，都增加了血液透析患者交叉感染的風(fēng)險。 </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">二院血液透析中心每日接診透析患者近160人，每周還有2天3班透析日接診量就超過200人次，新型冠狀病毒感染的防控工作難度之大。為了保障血液透析患者、家屬及工作人員的安全，保證透析治療的順利進行，血透醫(yī)護人員高度重視，在醫(yī)院各級部門的指導(dǎo)下，根據(jù)國家衛(wèi)生健康委辦公廳發(fā)布的各規(guī)范，結(jié)合我中心具體情況制定和實施以下防控措施。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1、成立血透中心新型冠狀病毒防控管理小組，制定應(yīng)急預(yù)案</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我科在發(fā)生疫情的第一時間即成立了新型冠狀病毒防控管理小組，主要負責(zé)確定防控工作策略、制訂應(yīng)急預(yù)案，統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)工作，督促落實防控措施。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2、深入開展血透各層級工作人員的專項培訓(xùn)</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     科主任、護士長和感控醫(yī)護及時向科室員工傳達醫(yī)院有關(guān)防控新型冠狀病毒感染的通知和文件，組織參加培訓(xùn)，并對重點內(nèi)容進行考核。要求人人熟識新冠肺炎診療方案，牢固樹立防護意識，規(guī)范執(zhí)行防護措施。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3對患者及陪護人員進行宣教，取得其理解與配合</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     通過一對一、書面告知、PPT、小視頻、微信等多種形式對患者及陪護人員進行有關(guān)新型冠狀病毒感染的知識講解和培訓(xùn)，念起自我防護“緊箍咒”，讓防護理念深入到每一名患者和陪護人員的心中，取得其理解與配合。  宣教內(nèi)容重點強調(diào)防護三個關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容：（1）“少外出” “全程佩戴口罩” “重視日常手衛(wèi)生和咳嗽禮儀”。（2）每日提醒“室內(nèi)通風(fēng)，保持空氣流通，同時合理膳食，加強營養(yǎng)” （3）“每日最少監(jiān)測2次體溫和有無感冒癥狀” 。如出現(xiàn)相關(guān)癥狀，應(yīng)及時電話告知血透醫(yī)務(wù)人員或到指定醫(yī)院就診。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4將防控關(guān)口前移，實施血液透析患者三級防控制度</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（1）一級防控：醫(yī)院安排專人在住院部入口對全體人員（含門診透析患者）進行預(yù)檢分診；住院透析患者由所在病房進行監(jiān)測。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（2）二級防控：透析前由接診醫(yī)生使用非接觸式電子體溫計測量患者和陪同照顧者的體溫并對病情進行篩查，若非接觸式電子體溫計測得體溫≥37.3℃，則使用水銀體溫計復(fù)測。對于具有新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎流行病學(xué)特點及臨床表現(xiàn)的患者或陪護立即佩戴醫(yī)用外科口罩，安排專人陪送發(fā)熱門診排查，專家會診，明確診斷后再決定透析方案，同時做好病情追蹤、記錄和匯報。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">① 對于有呼吸道感染癥狀但初步排除新冠病毒感染的患者，將患者安排在相對獨立、通風(fēng)良好的透析區(qū)域進行治療，末班透析，并加強監(jiān)測和防護。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">②疑似或確診患者應(yīng)在隔離病房進行床旁透析治療。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（3）三級防控：責(zé)任護士在治療中密切關(guān)注患者體溫和病情變化，治療過程中測量體溫并登記于透析記錄單</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">5工作人員防護管理</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（1）認真落實新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎醫(yī)院感染防控相關(guān)制度和規(guī)范。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（2）工作人員進入透析室工作區(qū)域全程佩戴口罩，每日測量體溫2次（上班前和下班時專人管理），落實標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)防，嚴格執(zhí)行手衛(wèi)生規(guī)范。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（3）工作期間，避免工作人員扎堆聚集，培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)盡量采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺進行。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（4）工作人員休息期間每日監(jiān)測體溫，特殊情況及時匯報，必要時安排居家休息。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（5）加強營養(yǎng)、合理鍛煉、勞逸結(jié)合，保證充足睡眠，增強自身抵抗力。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（3）加強環(huán)境管控，保持環(huán)境整潔，透析結(jié)束后做好透析設(shè)備及環(huán)境的清潔消毒。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">7重視防護用品的管理，做好應(yīng)急人員的儲備</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">專人負責(zé)防護用品的管理，保證必要的物資儲備，同時避免浪費。每日交接并確保消毒隔離應(yīng)急物資齊全備用，人人知曉存放地點。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
