-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 最近有一句流行語：未來已來！這次疫情過后，社會上一定會有很多的改變，尤其是網(wǎng)上授課，盡管不能替代實體教學(xué)，但作為一種趨勢、一種優(yōu)化課堂資源的模式，已然走進大眾視野。為此我們每一個教師都要站在未來的視角，跟上發(fā)展的步伐，積極貫徹網(wǎng)上授課的思路和辦法，成為下一個“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+“時代的強者。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 網(wǎng)課學(xué)習(xí)，從原來高度組織化的班級學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，回歸到每個家庭這樣分散化的自主學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。如果說平時學(xué)校教學(xué)時，老師們可以把更多的精力用于研究如何上好課上，現(xiàn)在則要千方百計地把學(xué)生組織起來、調(diào)動起來。在指導(dǎo)學(xué)生居家學(xué)習(xí)方面，與其說教師要在上好課上下功夫，不如說要更多地在如何調(diào)動學(xué)生居家學(xué)習(xí)積極性上下功夫。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 過去，有的教師布置的作業(yè)量往往比較大。在網(wǎng)課環(huán)境下，一方面，教師應(yīng)該更加注意精選作業(yè)，為不同的學(xué)生、至少為不同學(xué)習(xí)水平層次的學(xué)生提供更有針對性的作業(yè)；另一方面，要適當減少學(xué)生作業(yè)的量，增加學(xué)生基于自學(xué)、觀看教學(xué)視頻和適量作業(yè)之后的學(xué)習(xí)成果的交流活動，讓學(xué)生通過交流分享學(xué)習(xí)成果，鍛煉學(xué)生的思維、表達和促進知識結(jié)構(gòu)化的能力。同時，增加教師基于作業(yè)講評的反饋時間，通過矯正性反饋教學(xué)，也增加教師和學(xué)生的交流時間，提高學(xué)生居家學(xué)習(xí)的效率，鞏固學(xué)生居家學(xué)習(xí)的成果。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 二是通過和不少學(xué)生和家長交流，發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)課雖然老師們準備的很充分，但孩子面對屏幕的時候，怎么也不如在課堂上有氛圍和感覺；就是那些學(xué)習(xí)主動性很強的學(xué)生，也反映網(wǎng)課容易走神。所以，老師們不改變一下，由老師主動變成讓學(xué)生主動，那么我們老師的辛苦付出就會大大折扣，孩子們學(xué)習(xí)效果也不會太好！所以請大家一定認真思考，靜心琢磨一下，網(wǎng)課怎么上學(xué)生不容易走神，學(xué)校認為：以問題驅(qū)動，激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)欲望，是最佳的選擇！</h3><p style="white-space: normal;
