<h3>作者：孟文</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">拾麥穗，是我們這一代人孩提時(shí)代共同的記憶，并時(shí)不時(shí)地從心底泛起。我們小時(shí)侯，除了學(xué)習(xí)，還要參加各種力能所及的勞動(dòng)，麥?zhǔn)占竟?jié)學(xué)校會(huì)組織或我們自己自由參與，拾麥穗的活動(dòng)就是其中一種，同時(shí)拾麥穗也是我們最喜愛的勞動(dòng)，想起來仍然回味無窮。</span><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"><br></span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">俗語說，“芒種忙，麥上場”，按照節(jié)氣，每年到了芒種時(shí)節(jié)，天氣就驟然灼熱起來了，麥子仿佛在一夜間就熟透了，田野里麥浪滾滾，空氣里麥香彌漫，農(nóng)村很快進(jìn)入搶收時(shí)節(jié)。為了及時(shí)收割、晾曬和上場，防止籽粒脫落和遇雨造成損失，麥?zhǔn)沼殖１环Q為龍口奪食，這時(shí)節(jié)農(nóng)村是沒有閑人的，即便是上了年歲的老人也戴了草帽，肩搭毛巾，或送飯送水或照看場院。這時(shí)候?qū)W校會(huì)放短假，組織小學(xué)生去附近鄉(xiāng)下拾麥穗，就是撿拾收割后遺撒在麥田的麥穗，以便顆粒歸倉。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">大部分的時(shí)候，生產(chǎn)隊(duì)開鐮收割后，也允許非農(nóng)業(yè)閑散婦女和兒童在開鐮后的麥茬地里撿拾遺撒的麥穗，因此我們好多時(shí)候也是給自己家里拾，拾回去后嘗鮮，在灶火灰里烤麥穗吃，味道特別醇香，更多的是把麥穗晾干脫粒后，把麥粒用磨磨成碴子，吃新麥碴子飯，別有風(fēng)味，特別愛吃。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">說拾麥穗是勞動(dòng)一點(diǎn)都不言過其實(shí)，因?yàn)槭斑^麥穗的人都知道，拾麥穗并不是像想象的那么輕松，要一手提著籃筐，順著田垅，挨著去尋找割麥時(shí)遺落在麥茬間的麥穗，要眼疾手快，爭先恐后，東張西望的搜尋，快速彎腰撿起。行走在麥茬地里，一不小心，不是鞋被穿刺了，就是手劃破了，所以一天拾下來，常常汗水淋淋的，要是手臉劃了印或破了，汗水浸濕了就會(huì)殺的特別疼。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">但是記憶中的拾麥穗更多的是喜悅，興奮之情欲以言表。在收割后的麥田里，一群小孩撒著歡兒，追逐打鬧，小百靈在半空中很婉轉(zhuǎn)地唱歌，蟈蟈在附近不停地叫著，五顏六色的蜻蜓蝴蝶飛來飛去，燕子呢喃著在左右盤旋，騾馬在咴咴兒地叫，拖拉機(jī)在歡唱，人們在高興地說笑，那是怎樣的一派人歡馬叫，熱鬧沸騰的景象。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3><h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3></h3><p style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: -webkit-standard; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration: none;">在拾麥穗的過程中，常會(huì)驚動(dòng)麥田里的螞蚱，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)，大家就會(huì)眼急手快地去撲，反復(fù)多次，最后終于撲到了，就如愿以償，把它小心圈起來，拿回去去玩。有時(shí)候也會(huì)捉到螳螂，其體型纖細(xì)，體色淡綠，翅如蟬翼，猶如堂吉訶德，十分有趣好玩。拾麥穗是一個(gè)協(xié)同勞動(dòng)的場面，大人們在前面割，一壟壟的麥子瞬即被割倒，打成捆，裝上車運(yùn)走，我們小孩在后邊拾，爭先恐后，像小雞吃食似得，比著看誰拾得快拾得多，那時(shí)候把一切勞累早忘到了九霄云外了，唯有歡樂和幸福，伴隨著大人們的揮鐮聲，說笑聲在彌散著麥香的空中飛揚(yáng)。</h3> <h3>插畫：海全</h3><h3>《捏扁食》</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">多拾麥穗，回來包餃子??。</h3>
