-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">三、人員安置及聘用</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 根據(jù)《方案》的精神，所有教職工，與幼兒園（舉辦者）根據(jù)《中華人民共和國勞動合同法》等法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定自行理清勞動關(guān)系后，由轉(zhuǎn)型后的公辦園按公辦園教職區(qū)招聘錄用原則和標準進行招聘錄用，原則上符合條件的全部聘用，留用人員按《方案》管理體制的要求進行管理，教育局根據(jù)全體教職工實際情況考慮各自的崗位調(diào)整和任職安排。正、副園長需參與統(tǒng)一招聘并錄用者對其崗位統(tǒng)一調(diào)配，不參加正、副園長招聘或未聘上的正、副園長調(diào)整至其他崗位。全體教職工按崗位給予一定的過渡期，其中廚師、司機、水電工、保管員、保安、廚工、清潔工的過渡期為一年，保育員的過渡期為兩年，正（副）園長、 中層（含各部門主任、財務(wù)、園醫(yī)和信息管理員）、專任（業(yè)） 教師的過渡期為三年；過渡期滿后，按《光明區(qū)公辦幼兒園各崗位標準設(shè)置指引》進行重新考核聘用，不符合條件者不再聘用，符合條件者繼續(xù)聘用。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
