<p>突如其來(lái)的新冠肺炎疫情讓我們開始了一個(gè)不同尋常的學(xué)期。在校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及年級(jí)兩位主任的帶領(lǐng)下我們開啟了“停課不停學(xué)”網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)模式。</p><p>The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 made us start an unusual term. Under the leadership of the school leaders and two grade directors, we start the Online Teaching Mode of "Halt Schooling, Not Learning".</p> <p>老師們成為了“主播”。</p><p>Teachers became "network anchors ".</p> <p>學(xué)生們用上了“釘釘”。</p><p>Students use "DingTalk".</p> <p>一切是那么陌生，一切又有點(diǎn)熟悉。</p><p>Everything is so strange, but everything is kind of familiar.</p> <p>我們共同研究釘釘?shù)氖褂梅椒?，共同討論如何進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)授課。</p><p>We study the use of Dingtalk and discuss how to conduct online teaching together. </p><p><br></p> <p>經(jīng)過(guò)第一周四位老師的在線教學(xué)嘗試，以及各位同仁的共同努力，我們找到了前進(jìn)的方向。</p><p>特別是年近六旬馬上面臨退休的徐秋平老師在這個(gè)時(shí)候勇挑重?fù)?dān)，提出由她主講各單元重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，其他老師課下再對(duì)本班學(xué)生進(jìn)行檢查輔導(dǎo)。在經(jīng)過(guò)全體老師的討論后，報(bào)請(qǐng)馬立俠主任同意，與此同時(shí)馬主任也為我們的教學(xué)計(jì)劃提出了中肯的意見和建議。這樣，我們有條不紊地開始了本學(xué)期的網(wǎng)上教學(xué)。</p><p>After four teachers attempted to teach online the first week, as well as the efforts of all colleagues, we found the way forward.</p><p><br></p><p> In particular, Ms. Xu Qiuping, who is nearly sixty years old and retiring this year, is responsible to put forward to teach key points and difficulties in each unit. The other teachers check and guide the students after class. After the discussion of all the teachers, we got the agreement of Director Ma Lixia. At the same time Director Ma also gave us some pertinent opinions and suggestions for our teaching plan. So we methodically started the online teaching of this term.</p><p><br></p> <p>作為徐老師的學(xué)生，我想到了“老驥伏櫪，志在千里”這句詩(shī)。每次在她講課的時(shí)候，我都會(huì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)聽課，認(rèn)真筆記，仿佛又回到了當(dāng)年的課堂。</p><p>As Ms. Xu's student, I thought of the poem "An old steed in the stable still aspires to gallop a thousand li". Every time in her lecture, I attend the class on time and take notes carefully, as if I was back to the class of those years.</p><p><br></p> <p>全組教師對(duì)徐老師的敬佩之情溢于言表！她是我們學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。</p><p>Our admiration for Ms. Xu is beyond words!
