<p> <b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">沒有一個冬天不可逾越，沒有一個春天不會到來！</b><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">隨著疫情防控工作的推進(jìn)，國家疫情防控取得了階段性勝利，全國各地復(fù)工平穩(wěn)推進(jìn)。根據(jù)《陜西省教育廳關(guān)于各級各類學(xué)校做好2020年春季開學(xué)工作的通知》精神，全省九年級將于4月7日正式上課，我校將于4月6日開學(xué)報(bào)到，為確保返校工作安全、有序、迅速，現(xiàn)就學(xué)生返校各項(xiàng)工作通告各位家長，各位同學(xué)：</b></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">開學(xué)前</b></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">1、每天堅(jiān)持體溫檢測，并填寫《健康監(jiān)測記錄表》，不得遲報(bào)、瞞報(bào)。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">2、家長要督促孩子準(zhǔn)備好各科網(wǎng)課作業(yè)。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">3、從縣外返荔學(xué)生，按要求居家（醫(yī)學(xué)）隔離14天。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">4、防疫物品準(zhǔn)備：</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">（1）兩支水銀體溫計(jì)（一支家用，一支來校時(shí)帶）；</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">（2）小包裝消毒濕巾或免洗洗手液、水杯。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);"><span class="ql-cursor">?</span></b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">（3）每天準(zhǔn)備2只醫(yī)用口罩（建檔立卡學(xué)生由學(xué)校免費(fèi)提供）。</b></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">返校條件</b></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">1、在荔學(xué)生開學(xué)前14天內(nèi)無發(fā)燒，身體健康。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">2、返荔學(xué)生須在家隔離14天，無發(fā)燒，身體健康。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">3、所有學(xué)生攜帶由社區(qū)或居委會出具的健康證明（在荔14天無外出，身體健康），入校時(shí)接受學(xué)校檢查，入班交班主任。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">4、準(zhǔn)備好寒假作業(yè)和線上教學(xué)作業(yè)。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">5、按照省市教育行政部門通知，各級各類學(xué)校全部正式開學(xué)前，校外培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)等不得開展線下服務(wù)活動，要求所有學(xué)生不得在托管住宿。</b></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">開學(xué)當(dāng)天及開學(xué)后</b></p><p><br></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size: 18px;">1、報(bào)名時(shí)間：</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">4月6日下午14：00開始錯峰到校報(bào)到，</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">①14:00（ 1 ～ 6班）報(bào)到，</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">②14:20（7 ～12班）報(bào)到，</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">③14:40（13～18班）報(bào)到。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">請全體家長和學(xué)生嚴(yán)格按照規(guī)定時(shí)段報(bào)到</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">2、4月6日報(bào)到當(dāng)天不上晚自習(xí)。從4月7日開始，學(xué)校暫時(shí)實(shí)行兩周時(shí)間最大限度封閉管理。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> </b><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);"> </b></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">3、學(xué)生就餐安排</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">⑴為落實(shí)最大限度封閉管理，減少學(xué)生流動，減少校外接觸感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，決定學(xué)生早餐在家，午、晚兩餐在校進(jìn)行。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">⑵因?qū)W校沒有食堂，經(jīng)學(xué)校和校家委會與潤鴻公司反復(fù)協(xié)商，潤鴻餐飲公司定餐、送餐到校，學(xué)校和家委會制定葷素搭配、營養(yǎng)合理的食譜，確保學(xué)生吃飽吃好。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">⑶潤鴻餐飲公司本著包本微利原則，核算的就餐成本為每生每餐8元（含環(huán)保餐具、配送費(fèi)），兩餐共16元；參照價(jià)格部門審定的城區(qū)其他學(xué)校餐費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，學(xué)校議定每餐學(xué)生承擔(dān)7元，午、晚兩餐共14元，其余2元由學(xué)校為學(xué)生補(bǔ)助。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">⑷學(xué)校每天為學(xué)生提供蛋奶營養(yǎng)餐。建議學(xué)生帶水杯，學(xué)校提供熱水。家長也可根據(jù)學(xué)生飯量，適當(dāng)為學(xué)生帶副食。</b></p> <p><br></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">4、學(xué)生全天必須佩戴口罩（來校時(shí)戴一備一）、著春季校服，家長每天在家為孩子檢測體溫，確保孩子無發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀；如孩子出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀須第一時(shí)間聯(lián)系班主任請假并及時(shí)就醫(yī)。到校后走測溫專用通道再次進(jìn)行體溫檢測，體溫正常方可進(jìn)校。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">5、學(xué)校采取早晚錯峰上下學(xué)措施，接送孩子的家長必須佩戴好口罩，聽從學(xué)校工作人員指揮?？朔щy自行接送（盡量不乘坐公共交通工具），所有家長不得進(jìn)入體育路。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(21, 100, 250);">6、學(xué)生在校期間，家長手機(jī)務(wù)必保持暢通，并及時(shí)關(guān)注班級群通知。</b></p><p style="text-align: right;"><br></p><p><br></p> <p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 萬物復(fù)蘇已有時(shí)，疫去安來尚可期。尊敬的各位家長，親愛的同學(xué)們，疫情尚未結(jié)束，安全防護(hù)第一，說了這么多，希望這份清單能幫助回歸校園的你們進(jìn)行最后的拼搏與沖刺。讓我們攜手并肩，同向同行，共同打造平安健康和諧的校園環(huán)境，合力培育健康、陽光、博學(xué)的時(shí)代英才！</b></p><p style="text-align: right;"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">大荔縣城關(guān)初中</b></p><p style="text-align: right;"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">2020年4月3日</b></p>
