<h3>尊敬的家長，親愛的同學(xué)們：</h3><h3> 隨著新冠肺炎疫情的有效控制，我們即將迎來期盼已久的校園生活。復(fù)學(xué)在即，學(xué)校已經(jīng)根據(jù)上級部門要求，做好了開學(xué)后各項防控工作。在疫情防控期間，學(xué)校將實行六個年級錯時錯峰的方法進行每日的上放學(xué)管理。以下為各年級返校及近期上放學(xué)安排。</h3> <p style="text-align: center;"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">返校條件請看清</b></h3> <h3>　　1.所有學(xué)生均須完成返校復(fù)課前14天的健康排查，實施“健康申報+綠碼+測溫”制度。返校前擁有綠色健康碼，并如實填寫《諸暨市學(xué)生2020春季開學(xué)返校健康申報表》，電子稿截圖發(fā)送至班主任老師。<br></h3><h3> 2.如有發(fā)熱、咳嗽、腹瀉等身體不適癥狀，必須要在身體康復(fù)并憑醫(yī)院相關(guān)證明方可返校；正在接受隔離或醫(yī)學(xué)觀察的，要等解除隔離或醫(yī)學(xué)觀察后憑醫(yī)院或疾控部門證明方可返校。</h3><h3><span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">排隊測溫方入校</b></h3> <h3>　　學(xué)生到校門口后需排隊到測溫區(qū)，前后同學(xué)間距保持在1米以上，接受門衛(wèi)或值周老師的檢測，溫度正常方可入校。如果檢測溫度超過37.3℃，則需要在值周老師帶領(lǐng)下入隔離室靜待十分鐘后進行再次測溫，如正常則回教室，若仍異常，則通知家長送醫(yī)就診，學(xué)校按規(guī)定啟動應(yīng)急措施。</h3> <p style="text-align: center;"><b style="font-size: 20px;
