-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">請各位同學(xué)必須按照規(guī)定時間來校。返校前填寫好《諸暨市學(xué)生2020年春季開學(xué)返校健康申請表》，此表一人一表；健康碼為綠碼，<font color="#ed2308" style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">返校均需佩戴口罩</font><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">。</span></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.交通。學(xué)生盡量避免乘坐公共交通工具，提倡步行或乘坐私家車上學(xué)，如必須乘坐公共交通工具時，務(wù)必全程佩戴口罩手套，途中避免用手觸摸公共交通工具車上物品。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">報到當天，家長來校接送學(xué)生嚴格控制時間，校門口車輛做到即停即走。各班學(xué)生需在相應(yīng)的監(jiān)測點排隊等候，在值周教師，保安的引導(dǎo)下，帶好口罩前后間隔以放置的錐形桶為準，體溫檢測正常者進入各班教室報到。如體溫異常，需由家長帶去醫(yī)院就醫(yī)。報到后，學(xué)生去寢室的行徑路線有教師管理，提醒學(xué)生注意間隔，男女生寢室也有教師管理。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">七年級不坐校車學(xué)生經(jīng)左側(cè)大門進入校園，持體溫卡直入1號測溫點（實驗樓下），接受體溫檢測，檢測正常后經(jīng)風雨樓梯進入自己班級。八年級不坐校車學(xué)生經(jīng)右側(cè)大門進入校園，持體溫卡直入3號測溫點，檢測正常后由體育館門口主干道繞行直達教室。</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); white-space: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">體溫檢測不正常，測溫教師立即電話通報行政值周，由行政值周教師做好防護措施后將學(xué)生由特定路徑帶到學(xué)校隔離室（實驗樓二樓），同時聯(lián)系家長來學(xué)校接學(xué)生；對隔離學(xué)生進行流行病學(xué)史詢問并作好相關(guān)的記錄。</span><br></li></ol></h3> <h3>四 在校學(xué)習</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">上課期間要求每位任課教師密切關(guān)注學(xué)生身體狀況，如有學(xué)生身體不適，處理流程如下：教師發(fā)現(xiàn)——詢問學(xué)生情況——帶學(xué)生到教室走廊測體溫——教師報告給當日行政值周——行政值周穿戴防護設(shè)備——帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生去隔離室同時通知家長來校接人——家長經(jīng)指定路線進出學(xué)校帶學(xué)生就醫(yī)。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">課間同學(xué)之間不扎推、不打鬧追逐、不近距離接觸。不竄層也不到其他班級竄班，不在公共場所吐痰，上廁所不要結(jié)伴而行，便后必須按七步洗手法洗手。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3. 飲水</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">疫情特殊時期，為特別保障學(xué)生飲用水安全，請學(xué)生自備保溫杯，切記不要兩人或幾人使用同一只水杯，學(xué)校開學(xué)一周前也會對直飲水機器進行消毒清理檢測，亦可使用。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">去接水時不要結(jié)伴而行，接水時人與人間隔1米，盡量減少不必要的接觸。</span></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1. 八年級學(xué)生聽到鈴聲，排好隊后由第四節(jié)課任課教師帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生從教學(xué)樓東側(cè)樓梯下（順序為807，806，805，801，802，803，804），走行政樓前道路至食堂。就餐完畢后，以班級為單位有序至食堂前排隊，整隊完畢后由任課老師帶回班級。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">2.七年級學(xué)生（等信號）以班級為單位在教室門口排好隊，由第四節(jié)課任課教師帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生從教學(xué)樓西側(cè)樓梯下（順序為705，706，707，704，703，702，701），繞經(jīng)與鎮(zhèn)小之間的水泥路行至食堂。就餐完畢后，以班級為單位有序至1樓食堂前排隊，整隊完畢后由任課教師帶回班級。</span></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3. 就餐要求：餐前做好個人衛(wèi)生防護，打餐需按地面標識進行排隊，就餐位置由班主任指定（確定后無特殊原因不得變更），第四節(jié)任課教師負責班級就餐紀律管理。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.住校生晚餐，參照午餐流程。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.周五放學(xué)：住校生早上將自己要帶回家的物品整理好帶到教室放學(xué)不允許回寢室；不坐校車學(xué)生錯時放學(xué)，七年級提前十分鐘放學(xué)按早上進校路線出校門；八年級正常時間放學(xué)走早上進校路線；九年級延遲十分鐘放學(xué)走進校路線。乘坐校車學(xué)生統(tǒng)一在自己教室等候，聽到校車信息再到體育館門口排隊上車，由東西區(qū)各一名值周教師負責管理。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">九 就寢</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">就寢管理有生活區(qū)值周教師和宿管負責具體巡查，行政值周負責巡視。如晚上發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生有發(fā)燒、咳嗽、腹痛等癥狀時，發(fā)現(xiàn)教室先詢問，再報告行政值周，行政值周穿戴好防護裝備將學(xué)生帶入隔離寢室，并通知家長來校接學(xué)生去就醫(yī)，同時做好隔離學(xué)生的詢問和登記工作。如沒有聯(lián)系到家長由學(xué)校專車、專人將學(xué)生送到指定醫(yī)院就醫(yī)，持續(xù)聯(lián)系家長告知情況。</h3><p style="white-space: normal;
