新疆美食~秘制大盤雞 <p>大盤雞產(chǎn)生于上世紀(jì)八九十年代的大盤雞,論歷史也不過三十多年,卻在全國各地落地開花,新疆大盤雞成為很多西北館子的招牌菜,深受全國吃貨的喜愛。</p> <p><span style="font-size:
