<h3>疫情防控，重任在肩。為扎實(shí)做好2020年春季開學(xué)工作，有效防范疫情發(fā)生，確保師幼到園安全平穩(wěn)有序，嘉禾縣幼兒園于4月23日進(jìn)行了一場特殊的防疫演練，以“實(shí)戰(zhàn)模擬”的演練方式為科學(xué)復(fù)課做好準(zhǔn)備工作。</h3> <h3>演練前李夢醒園長對演練內(nèi)容和具體流程進(jìn)行了部署，并強(qiáng)調(diào)要充分認(rèn)識(shí)到疫情防控的重要性、緊迫性，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行科學(xué)的防控措施，把這次演練活動(dòng)作為一場實(shí)戰(zhàn)演習(xí)，將各項(xiàng)工作落實(shí)落細(xì)，確保師生的健康與安全。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3> <h3>家長將幼兒送至園門口，教師帶領(lǐng)幼兒有序通過熱成像測溫通道，測量體溫正常，方可指引幼兒入園進(jìn)行晨檢。</h3> <h3>熱成像通道發(fā)現(xiàn)有一名體溫異常者，值班領(lǐng)導(dǎo)立即帶幼兒轉(zhuǎn)移至臨時(shí)隔離觀察區(qū)。保健主任在臨時(shí)隔離觀察區(qū)幫其重測體溫，做好記錄。詢問14天內(nèi)孩子及共同居住人員出行情況。保健主任打電話和班主任做好溝通，通知學(xué)生家長，由家長監(jiān)護(hù)學(xué)生并通知120及時(shí)接到到定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院就醫(yī)并按照醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)指引處理。</h3><h3> </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">幼兒將14天健康登記卡和家長承諾書交給班級(jí)老師，教師對幼兒進(jìn)行二次晨檢，體溫檢測并登記。當(dāng)教師發(fā)現(xiàn)一名幼兒出現(xiàn)異常，第一時(shí)間打電話匯報(bào)保健主任。并迅速由保育老師把幼兒送往隔離室，保健主任對幼兒復(fù)測體溫、詢問幼兒近14天的身體狀況及出行情況，體溫依然超正常范圍，向園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)，分管副園長上報(bào)縣疾控中心和教育局基教股，做好信息記錄與備案。后勤消毒人員及時(shí)開窗通風(fēng)，并對室內(nèi)進(jìn)行清理消毒，另一位老師及時(shí)安全撤離其余幼兒到指定地點(diǎn)，并對與該幼兒的密切接觸者進(jìn)行相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)工作。</h3> <h3 style="text-align: center;"><font color="#1564fa"><b>（三）就餐及洗手演練</b></font></h3> <h3>老師教幼兒使用消毒洗手液，進(jìn)行“七部洗手法”示范，幼兒依次洗手。</h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>保育老師做好充分的餐前消毒和衛(wèi)生工作，幼兒到指定位置就餐，保持就餐間距，就餐過程中禁止交談，教師關(guān)注幼兒進(jìn)餐情況。進(jìn)餐結(jié)束后，保育員做好衛(wèi)生清潔，教師帶幼兒飯后散步。</h3> <p style="text-align: center;
