-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4發(fā)現(xiàn)體溫異常者</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">每天進(jìn)行晨檢、午檢，對缺勤幼兒進(jìn)行電話跟蹤，了解其具體情況。在午餐前由班級老師為幼兒進(jìn)行測溫，疫情監(jiān)測人員做詳細(xì)記錄，如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況，有幼兒體溫為37.5度，老師馬上電話聯(lián)系家長，并將其他幼兒轉(zhuǎn)移到臨時(shí)隔離點(diǎn)進(jìn)行隔離，并安撫幼兒情緒。老師馬上將其他幼兒帶上口罩，消毒人員馬上進(jìn)行班內(nèi)消毒，逐級上報(bào)。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">園長立刻啟動(dòng)應(yīng)急預(yù)案進(jìn)行疫情處置，并迅速向相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)。馬上對所有場所進(jìn)行重新消毒，對所有幼兒進(jìn)行體溫測試。對與該幼兒密切接觸的幼兒、教職工進(jìn)行隔離觀察，迅速切斷感染源，防止疫情擴(kuò)散。消毒組人員對隔離室、整個(gè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行徹底消毒。??</h3> <p style="white-space: normal;
