<p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">各位家長：</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">根據(jù)上級文件精神，為做好2020年春季學(xué)前教育中央資金幼兒資助工作，疫情期間，結(jié)合我園實(shí)際，現(xiàn)就做好我園學(xué)前教育資助工作有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">為了做好貧困生家庭幼兒資助工作，我園全面落實(shí)市、區(qū)有關(guān)學(xué)前教育資助工作的各項(xiàng)政策，不斷提高工作水平，強(qiáng)化服務(wù)，確保家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難幼兒在園都能享受到這項(xiàng)惠民政策。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">一、資助對象</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">經(jīng)靈寶市教體局審批設(shè)立的普惠性幼兒園就讀的3-6歲家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難幼兒，建檔立卡、低保兒童、孤兒、烈士子女、殘疾兒童。建檔立卡貧困學(xué)生不拘泥于年齡限制，但必須有學(xué)校正式學(xué)籍。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">①資助范圍</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">小、中、大各班均在享受范圍內(nèi)。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">二、資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">按照每學(xué)期生均300元標(biāo)準(zhǔn)補(bǔ)助建檔立卡貧困家庭兒童學(xué)前教育保教費(fèi)，并按照每學(xué)期生均200元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放生活補(bǔ)助費(fèi)；家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難家庭，每學(xué)期生均200元生活補(bǔ)助費(fèi)；學(xué)前教育階段的殘疾幼兒，按照建檔立卡學(xué)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)享受保教費(fèi)和生活費(fèi)補(bǔ)助。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">三、申請流程</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">符合以上條件的幼兒均可申請認(rèn)定。同時(shí)要遞交以下證明材料：經(jīng)濟(jì)困難家庭子女在申請資助時(shí)，應(yīng)如實(shí)填寫貧困申請表并附相關(guān)證明材料，證明材料如下：</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1.屬于建檔立卡家庭等復(fù)印件；</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.屬于城鄉(xiāng)低保戶要持有民政部門低保證復(fù)印件；</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.屬于孤兒要持有民政部門發(fā)放《兒童福利證》；</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4.屬于父母殘疾或幼兒殘疾的附殘疾證；</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">5.特困殘疾人家庭須持殘聯(lián)出具的《享受特困殘疾人家庭待遇證明》。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">6.其余情況者需附街辦（含）以上政府部門開具的家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難證明等。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">符合以上條件的幼兒家長可以在班主任老師處進(jìn)行登記，由班主任統(tǒng)一下發(fā)貧困生資助表。</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">幼兒園負(fù)責(zé)審核證明材料原件，留存復(fù)印件，在復(fù)印件上標(biāo)注“與原件核對無誤”的字樣并簽章。</span><br></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">（二）審核公示</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">經(jīng)審核確認(rèn)后，由園方將擬受助兒童名單、監(jiān)護(hù)人姓名、班級、家庭地址（村組）、資助金額在本園進(jìn)行公示，并拍照留存。</h3> <h3>博苑幼兒園2020春季招生尚有余位</h3><h3>報(bào)名需要提交資料：</h3><h3>①幼兒健康體檢表（體檢地址婦幼保健院）；</h3><h3>②戶口本復(fù)印件（幼兒、戶主、爸爸、媽媽）；</h3><h3>③預(yù)防接種原件；</h3><h3>④幼兒一寸照5張；家長一寸照片1張；</h3><h3>招生熱線： 18903985919張老師</h3><h3>地址:鳳凰城小區(qū)東門北100米</h3>
