開學(xué)在即，教研先行——滕州市實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)大同校區(qū)四年級(jí)一部數(shù)學(xué)組教研及讀書交流會(huì)

<p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      伴隨著初夏的暖陽，開學(xué)的緊張，實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)大同校區(qū)四年級(jí)一部數(shù)學(xué)組本學(xué)期第一次教研活動(dòng)于5月21日拉開了帷幕。如何做好線上教學(xué)與線下教學(xué)有效銜接，是我們此次教研的主要任務(wù)。</h3> <h3>　滿長峰主任首先介紹本學(xué)期教學(xué)工作的初步設(shè)想，接著談了數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)在開學(xué)初的主要任務(wù)，他說：“……現(xiàn)在時(shí)間緊、任務(wù)重，要有“開局就是決戰(zhàn)”的思路，對(duì)正常返校學(xué)生要精準(zhǔn)分析學(xué)情，合理調(diào)整教學(xué)內(nèi)容和進(jìn)度，做好線上教學(xué)向線下教學(xué)的平穩(wěn)過渡和有序恢復(fù)?！?lt;/h3><h3> 教研組長陳曉華老師強(qiáng)調(diào)：“我們一定要提前<span style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">備好課、制定合理的復(fù)習(xí)教案、優(yōu)化好課件，及時(shí)掌握學(xué)生線上學(xué)習(xí)成效，查缺補(bǔ)漏，為接下去高效開展教學(xué)工作做好準(zhǔn)備?！?lt;/span></h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">接著四數(shù)一部的每一位老師就自己所帶班級(jí)的學(xué)習(xí)情況和開學(xué)第一周的教學(xué)計(jì)劃做了發(fā)言，并就網(wǎng)課銜接問題展開了熱烈地討論。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       學(xué)生居家獨(dú)立“線上學(xué)習(xí)”，雖然學(xué)習(xí)資源相同，但是，各自的學(xué)習(xí)條件差異大，有的是自己學(xué)習(xí)，有的是隔輩的老年人陪伴學(xué)習(xí)，有的是年輕父母指導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí)。有的自控能力強(qiáng)，有的自我管理能力差。有的有輔助的學(xué)習(xí)工具，有的只有一部手機(jī)。同時(shí)，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)習(xí)能力也有不同。所以，學(xué)習(xí)效果一定存在諸多差異。所以，教研的第一步便是調(diào)查和了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況。只有在準(zhǔn)確掌握了學(xué)生學(xué)情的基礎(chǔ)上，才能開展找出幾個(gè)決定性的問題，展開探討，尋求解決的方法和途徑。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      一、復(fù)學(xué)第一課尤為重要，經(jīng)歷了這場史無前例的新冠肺炎疫情，相信每個(gè)重新走進(jìn)課堂的學(xué)生，心情肯定不輕松、難淡定。讓學(xué)生盡快平復(fù)心情，是我們復(fù)課后的首要任務(wù)。充分挖掘出這場疫情的課程資源，上好生命教育的第一課，將對(duì)學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      二、每一節(jié)備課前都要做到：</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      1、摸清學(xué)生線上學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)際情況，合理地安排教學(xué)梯度；</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     2、基于課標(biāo)，梳理知識(shí)點(diǎn)，整合教材資源，調(diào)整好ppt，讓學(xué)生既輕松又有效地學(xué)習(xí)，以此實(shí)現(xiàn)“我愿學(xué)”到“我能學(xué)”，“我會(huì)學(xué)”到“我想學(xué)”的跨越，有效破解教學(xué)時(shí)長不足和能力發(fā)展的難題。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      三、針對(duì)假期因?yàn)榉N種原因，沒有上網(wǎng)課或很少上網(wǎng)課的同學(xué)，把實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)微課堂中的知識(shí)點(diǎn)講解下發(fā)給他們，讓他們課后或在家多看幾遍，掌握基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)。課上，復(fù)習(xí)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，給予他們足夠的關(guān)注和回答問題的機(jī)會(huì)，爭取不讓任何一個(gè)孩子“落下”。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      四、做好“培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差”工作，讓線上學(xué)得好的孩子不至于對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生乏味情緒，必須讓他們“吃得飽”；對(duì)學(xué)困生，要做好個(gè)性化輔導(dǎo)，給他們“加加油”。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">      然后，老師們就全民閱讀活動(dòng)展開了讀書交流分享。四年級(jí)一部的數(shù)學(xué)教師們抓住疫情在家的契機(jī)，利用空余時(shí)間共讀了《人間有至味》《最美的教育最簡單》以及《我不只是數(shù)學(xué)》三本書。在豐富多彩的書香世界里，我們放飛視野，深耕專業(yè)，提升自我，用知識(shí)的力量消彌疫情帶來的陰霾，讓閱讀成為生命中最重要的遇見!</span><br></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      通過此次教研活動(dòng)以及讀書交流，四年級(jí)一部全體數(shù)學(xué)<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3);">教師對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)有了更深層次的認(rèn)識(shí)，相信在以后的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中一定會(huì)優(yōu)化自己的教育教學(xué)思維，找到更適合學(xué)情的教學(xué)方法和策略。</span></h3><p style="white-space: normal;
