<p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 伴隨著初夏的暖陽，開學(xué)的緊張，實驗小學(xué)大同校區(qū)四年級一部數(shù)學(xué)組本學(xué)期第一次教研活動于5月21日拉開了帷幕。如何做好線上教學(xué)與線下教學(xué)有效銜接，是我們此次教研的主要任務(wù)。</h3> <h3> 滿長峰主任首先介紹本學(xué)期教學(xué)工作的初步設(shè)想，接著談了數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)在開學(xué)初的主要任務(wù)，他說：“……現(xiàn)在時間緊、任務(wù)重，要有“開局就是決戰(zhàn)”的思路，對正常返校學(xué)生要精準分析學(xué)情，合理調(diào)整教學(xué)內(nèi)容和進度，做好線上教學(xué)向線下教學(xué)的平穩(wěn)過渡和有序恢復(fù)?！?lt;/h3><h3> 教研組長陳曉華老師強調(diào)：“我們一定要提前<span style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 學(xué)生居家獨立“線上學(xué)習”，雖然學(xué)習資源相同，但是，各自的學(xué)習條件差異大，有的是自己學(xué)習，有的是隔輩的老年人陪伴學(xué)習，有的是年輕父母指導(dǎo)學(xué)習。有的自控能力強，有的自我管理能力差。有的有輔助的學(xué)習工具，有的只有一部手機。同時，學(xué)生的學(xué)習基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)習能力也有不同。所以，學(xué)習效果一定存在諸多差異。所以，教研的第一步便是調(diào)查和了解學(xué)生的學(xué)習情況。只有在準確掌握了學(xué)生學(xué)情的基礎(chǔ)上，才能開展找出幾個決定性的問題，展開探討，尋求解決的方法和途徑。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 一、復(fù)學(xué)第一課尤為重要，經(jīng)歷了這場史無前例的新冠肺炎疫情，相信每個重新走進課堂的學(xué)生，心情肯定不輕松、難淡定。讓學(xué)生盡快平復(fù)心情，是我們復(fù)課后的首要任務(wù)。充分挖掘出這場疫情的課程資源，上好生命教育的第一課，將對學(xué)生的終身發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠的影響。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 2、基于課標，梳理知識點，整合教材資源，調(diào)整好ppt，讓學(xué)生既輕松又有效地學(xué)習，以此實現(xiàn)“我愿學(xué)”到“我能學(xué)”，“我會學(xué)”到“我想學(xué)”的跨越，有效破解教學(xué)時長不足和能力發(fā)展的難題。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.3); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 三、針對假期因為種種原因，沒有上網(wǎng)課或很少上網(wǎng)課的同學(xué)，把實驗小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)微課堂中的知識點講解下發(fā)給他們，讓他們課后或在家多看幾遍，掌握基礎(chǔ)知識點。課上，復(fù)習重點、難點的時候，給予他們足夠的關(guān)注和回答問題的機會，爭取不讓任何一個孩子“落下”。</h3><p style="white-space: normal;
