勝日夏花伴你歸千人學子終集結——南關區(qū)104小學復學記（二）

首夏猶清和，校園書聲起。繼五、六年級入學后，104小學千人學子于6月15日集結完畢，迎來了學校的全面開學。整個校園煥然一新，歡騰如初。 瞧！“ 小音符們 ”排列有序地走進久別的校園，奏響了歡快的校園五部交響曲。 　　教育局督導人員和校領導早早地來到學校迎接同學們的返校。一支由老師和學生大隊干部組成的志愿者歡迎隊伍加入其中，消除了低年級孩子們重返校園的陌生感。高年級的學長列隊微笑迎接學弟學妹的歸來，一句“你是幾年級的”，一聲“請往這邊走”……為復學歸來的小學生送上了最貼心的關懷。 按指示通道行走，隨時擦手，用七步洗手法洗手，錯時接水入廁，保持安全距離……這些與中低年級孩子們在校學習生活息息相關的防疫安全規(guī)則，在老師們的細心指導下，通過孩子們實地體驗與練習的方式，讓學生熟知在校防疫的每一個環(huán)節(jié)和流程，做到正確對待疫情，科學防范疫情，養(yǎng)成文明衛(wèi)生的生活習慣，為接下來的學習做好充分的安全準備。升旗儀式 　　全校舉行了主題為《重返校園，揚帆起航》的升旗儀式。校長向全體教師和學生致辭，向同學們提出了在做好自身防護的同時，繼續(xù)保持斗志昂揚的心態(tài)；秉持日新為道的信念;懷揣對父母對師長的感恩之心，為成為一名“文明尚禮、智慧創(chuàng)新”的健康學子不斷向前邁進的希望。 教師宣誓 　　校領導帶領全體教師進行宣誓，鏗鏘有力的誓言，回響在操場，聲聲代表著全體教師努力的決心；句句激勵著全體教師獻身黨的教育事業(yè)，不忘初心，砥礪奮進。 開學第一課 　　一至四年級班主任老師“把疫情當教材”，采用生動活潑的形式，開展復學第一課，對學生開展愛國主義教育、生命教育、社會責任感教育、規(guī)則教育、感恩教育、心理教育、安全教育等，引導學生堅定理想信念、涵養(yǎng)家國情懷、砥礪奮斗精神，樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，努力成為擔當民族復興大任的時代新人。 課堂教學 　　耳畔久違的上課鈴聲，親切的老師，熟悉的伙伴，生動的課堂，一切都無比歡喜。雖然線上學習長達數月，但在任課老師們精心、合理的教學銜接安排之下，同學們很快又適應了線下課堂學習，瑯瑯書聲重燃校園活力。 質量檢測 　　為保證復學后的教學更加高效，各年級的老師們在學科備課組長的帶領下，共同研討交流，梳理出各學科第一輪教學質量監(jiān)測試卷，在復學第二天由教務處安排，進行第一輪教學質量監(jiān)測。 質量分析 　　通過本次質量監(jiān)測，每位教師結合試卷批閱情況，對學生出現的共性問題進行分析。 在接下來的教學中，依托本次檢測反饋，各學科進行橫向、縱向對比分析，發(fā)現問題，精準靶向；結合年級制定的改進措施，明確因材施教，做好有效銜接。力求夯實基礎，落實方法，抓實訓練，扎實推進教學質量的提升。 作業(yè)檢查 　　作業(yè)是課堂教學活動的延續(xù)，學生作業(yè)，既能反映出學生的學習狀況，更能呈現出教師的教學水平。學校教務處對復學年級學生假期線上作業(yè)情況進行細致檢查。通過此次檢查提高教師教學能力，意在促進教師有效批改。 　　通過作業(yè)檢查，明確教學常規(guī)管理工作，一定要在“精”字上提要求，在“細”字上下功夫，在“實”字上做文章。使學校的教學工作再上一個新臺階。 返回校園，孩子們歡悅靈動，小伙伴結伴玩樂，校園里到處洋溢著笑語歡聲。伴隨著大課間的樂曲，綠茵的草坪，佇立著跳躍的你；奔跑的身影，撲捉著嬉戲的你……千人學子匯聚一起，凝結著千百個獨特的你。這就是你們應有的笑靨，應有的姿態(tài)。 <h3 style="text-align: center;">??????????????</h3> <p style="margin: 0px;
