color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">梅里雪山雨崩徒步，為了減輕徒步負(fù)擔(dān)，并確保安全，特給出以下裝備清單，大家可根據(jù)個(gè)人情況進(jìn)行參考。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">1．登山背包：需準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)25L左右的小背包，在梅里雪山和雨崩景區(qū)徙步時(shí)，小包可以背相機(jī)、飲料、食物等。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2．需穿登山鞋或者徙步鞋。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">3．10月雨崩早晚比較冷，需準(zhǔn)備可脫卸加絨沖鋒衣，沖鋒褲，徒步過程中可能會(huì)比較熱，方便隨時(shí)穿脫。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">4．換洗的內(nèi)衣褲，個(gè)人的洗漱用品，身份證、學(xué)生證等個(gè)人證件。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">5．厚一點(diǎn)的襪子2到3雙，最好是戶外襪，通氣性強(qiáng)，穿久了也不會(huì)有異味。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">6．少量牛肉干、巧克力、紅牛等能及時(shí)補(bǔ)充熱量，藏民有酥油茶、方便面、青稞餅出售。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">7．防曬霜、墨鏡、戶外頭巾。高原光線很強(qiáng)，最好備墨鏡，戶外頭巾可防止頸部曬傷，還可以拉上來遮擋住臉部。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;
