【FT公園系列】- 長興島郊野公園 長興島郊野公園位于上海崇明長興島鳳凰公路東側(cè)秋柑路199號(hào)，2016年底正式對(duì)外開放，規(guī)劃面積29.8平方公里。長興島郊野公園園內(nèi)分為綜合服務(wù)區(qū)、文化運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)、農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)區(qū)、桔園風(fēng)情區(qū)、森林涵養(yǎng)區(qū)五大區(qū)域，還有夢(mèng)幻花海、花溪湖、農(nóng)場(chǎng)菜園、林下燒烤、上海植物園花卉基地、珊瑚館、古石木館等。Changxing Island Country Park is located at No. 199, Qiugan Road, east of Fenghuang Road, Changxing Island, Chongming, Shanghai. If you have to sleep on a hill, orient your sleeping bag so your head is higher than your body. This will keep the blood rushing to your head.Make sure there are no holes in your tent. To doubly protect yourself, get some mosquito netting. Bug spray can help, too.Follow your normal bedtime routine to the extent possible.A regular bedtime routine primes your body and mind for sleep. Camping is an exciting change of pace, and even with darkness all around you, your brain might not be ready to wind down. Stone StackingStone Stacking and rock balancing is a great STEM activity and kids love the challenge of seeing how big they can make their stone tower. 3. Recycled Bottle Bowling:Use bottles from around your house, paint them and bring them a long with a few “bowling balls” you already have from around your house.  4. Playing frisbee:1）Grip the Frisbee in your fist. Your thumb should be on top of the Frisbee, your index finger should be against the edge and your remaining fingers should touch the underside.2）Stand with your feet at a 90-degree angle to your target. Your right foot should be in front if you are right-handed, and your left foot should be in front if you are left-handed.3）Curl your wrist slightly back towards your body as you hold the Frisbee. Your elbow should be pointing up and outward.4）Point the Frisbee at your target. Usually, you are throwing your Frisbee to another person, so you will want to aim your Frisbee so that your partner can catch it easily.5）Move your arm forward quickly. Straighten your arm and, as your arm is almost fully extended, flick your wrist and release the Frisbee out towards the target.<ul><li>Your wrist should snap with a spring-like motion.</li><li>Release the Frisbee at different heights for different effects during the throw.
