font-size: 20px;">?</b></p> <p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 晚上，由年輕有為的教育碩士紅山根小學校長郝玲給我們講述她親身經(jīng)歷的教育管理故事。動情的話語仿佛把我們帶進她改變紅山根小學的真實畫面里，艱難困苦的辦學經(jīng)歷打動了我們在場六十多位校長的心，愛校愛師愛生，東奔西走，改變學校規(guī)模，為學校發(fā)展嘔心瀝血，點點滴滴表露出辦人民滿意的教育初心！被她感動得熱淚盈眶的同時為她點贊，為今后我們在教育管理中遇到的瓶頸給出信心、給予希望，更是我們學習的榜樣！</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);
