<p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">革善村全體村民：</span></p> <p class="ql-block"> <span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">當(dāng)前，全球新冠肺炎疫情正處于加速上升的狀態(tài)，國(guó)內(nèi)多地出現(xiàn)零星散發(fā)病例和局部聚集性疫情，引發(fā)社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注，為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)從境外入縣、中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)來（返）縣人員的防控管理，維護(hù)我革善村正常的疫情防控秩序和生產(chǎn)生活秩序，提高人民群眾對(duì)疫情防控的自我監(jiān)督、社會(huì)監(jiān)督意識(shí)，切實(shí)保障公眾生命安全和身體健康，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)傳染病防治法》等法律法規(guī)規(guī)定，以及省政府辦公廳《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)我省新冠肺炎疫情常態(tài)化防控工作的緊急通知》（黔府辦發(fā)電〔</span><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2020〕316號(hào)）</span><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">和《關(guān)于做好元旦春節(jié)期間新冠肺炎疫情防控工作的緊急通知》（黔府辦發(fā)電〔</span><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">2020〕332</span><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">號(hào)）文件精神，現(xiàn)就對(duì)疫情防控須知及社會(huì)監(jiān)督舉報(bào)工作事宜通告如下：</span></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">一、請(qǐng)各位村民持續(xù)關(guān)注中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)。</b><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">有確診病例行程軌跡有交集，或有中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)旅居史的居民，需立即主動(dòng)向所在村委會(huì)報(bào)備，按照防控部門的要求，接受鄉(xiāng)健康管理、執(zhí)行相關(guān)防控措施要求，并做好防護(hù)到縣人民醫(yī)院進(jìn)行核酸檢測(cè)。</span></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">二、重點(diǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人員管控措施。</b><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">（1）對(duì)境外返（來）黔人員,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行14天集中隔離+7天居家隔離、3次核酸檢測(cè)措施。（2）中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)來黔人員，無7天內(nèi)核酸陰性證明的，要立即在首站地接受核酸檢測(cè)或14天隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察。</span></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">三、提前做好報(bào)備。</b><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">春節(jié)將近，學(xué)生放假，農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)，將面臨人員大流動(dòng)，請(qǐng)返鄉(xiāng)人員提前五天向村委會(huì)報(bào)備。</span></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">四、外出注意事項(xiàng)。</b><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">如非必要，近期不要前往中、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)，如必須前往，請(qǐng)務(wù)必全程做好個(gè)人防護(hù)。返黔后，要按照上述要求執(zhí)行相關(guān)防控措施。</span></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">五、個(gè)人防護(hù)事項(xiàng)。</b><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">全體村民需繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)個(gè)人防護(hù)意識(shí)，養(yǎng)成科學(xué)佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通風(fēng)、保持安全社交距離的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，堅(jiān)持不扎堆、不聚會(huì)、常鍛煉的良好生活習(xí)慣。除紅白喜事外，一律不得舉辦其他任何酒席，舉辦紅白喜事的一律從簡(jiǎn)，同時(shí)須向村委會(huì)報(bào)備，防止大規(guī)模、高密度聚集。</span></p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align: right;"><br></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align: right;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">石梁鄉(xiāng)革善村民委員會(huì)</span></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align: right;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 18px;">2021年1月7日 </span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p>
