font-size: 20px;"> 2. 根據(jù)上級(jí)要求，自接到開學(xué)通知前14天幼兒必須下載并填寫師生健康檔案和健康安全承諾書，家長(zhǎng)監(jiān)護(hù)人“健康碼”均為綠碼，通過(guò)健康審核后方可入園。未通過(guò)健康審核的幼兒，不予報(bào)到注冊(cè)。健康狀況達(dá)標(biāo)、手續(xù)齊全后，方可入園。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);
