<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">行為天賦學(xué)第15天</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">2021年3月18日～星期四～多云</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">吉林省通化市柳河縣</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">最近胖了好多，聽朋友說她也胖了，這叫壓力肥，感覺每天很充實，也很快樂，沒啥壓力啊，難道我這是充實快樂肥？??</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">大家好??</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">我是熱愛學(xué)習(xí)，心地善良的天賦宮第109號天才寶寶～趙苗苗</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">我正在參加【行為天賦學(xué)】21天實戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練營-第15期的學(xué)習(xí)</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size: 22px;">一、聽課筆記</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">今天分享的主題：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">（一）孩子脾氣大的背后隱藏著什么天賦？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">管理天賦和武體天賦</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">（二）孩子脾氣大的常見原因有哪些？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">1、陰虛火旺脾氣大（肝火旺）</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">2、過于溺愛，造成太過以自我為中心（把發(fā)脾氣當(dāng)成了獲取東西的一種方式）</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">3、自控能力弱</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">4、父母總是暴脾氣，孩子有樣學(xué)樣</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">5、控制欲強</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">6、急性子，性如烈火</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">7、想要引起重視，喜歡被關(guān)注。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">（三）從事什么職業(yè)的人脾氣比較大？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">拳擊、摔跤、體育老師、城管、管理者、警察、軍人、</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;">其中一個很重要的一個點，由于控制欲太強，很可能隱藏著是管理天賦，性子急性如烈火，很可能隱藏著武體天賦，有的僅僅是因為自己控制不了情緒所造成的。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">二、聽課感悟</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">真沒想到脾氣大，還隱藏著這么牛的管理天賦，或者武體天賦，因為有些職業(yè)必須對脾氣有一定的要求，才能管理好人，需要有震懾力。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 20px;">學(xué)習(xí)行為天賦學(xué)真的對我們每一個人都非常的有幫助，孩子從小就要認真的去觀察，行為背后隱藏的各種細節(jié)，再去分析到底有哪種天賦？在適合的天賦領(lǐng)域里重點培養(yǎng)，很可能從小就找到了適合的職業(yè)去發(fā)展，不然從小就直接給否定，后果真的難以想象。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">三、感恩天賦</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">?感恩我的母親有著極強的控制欲，管理天賦，和超強的武體天賦。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">本來從小到大我都不太理解，為什么我的母親這么喜歡管著我們每一個人，包括我今年40歲了，穿什么衣服穿什么鞋，都要經(jīng)常的干涉，而且不合她的意，她就發(fā)脾氣，火氣非常大，年輕的時候還經(jīng)常的動手，用武力解決，今天終于明白了，這是與生俱來的天性，這就是從小沒培養(yǎng)好啊，給耽誤了。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">所以以后觀察任何人都不要只看表面，盡可能的去挖掘背后真正的能量場。</b></p>
