<p class="ql-block"> Good morning,everyone! I'm an English teacher from Longxing Middle School. Since I first stepped on my platform, I have decided to be a good and successful English teacher. However, in my class, when I gave lessons to my students, filled with enthusiasm and passion, some of the students always looked so tired and sleepy. When I spent much of my time preparing for my lessons, trying my best to make my lessons vivid and interesting, the teaching effect and feedback was not always what I had expected. </p><p class="ql-block">大家早上好，我是來(lái)自龍興的一名英語(yǔ)老師。自從我踏上三尺講臺(tái)，我就決定要做一名優(yōu)秀而成功的老師。然而在我充滿激情為同學(xué)們上課的時(shí)候，一些同學(xué)卻顯出了疲憊和困倦。當(dāng)我花大量時(shí)間備課，盡力讓自己的課堂有趣而生動(dòng)時(shí)，教學(xué)效果和反饋并沒(méi)有如我所預(yù)期的那樣好。</p> <p class="ql-block">Moreover, when I was willing and eager to teach them all that I've learned, their abilities of English were still mediocre. I was looking for the reasons. And I was always asking myself: Am I good and successful? How can I be good and successful?</p><p class="ql-block">此外，當(dāng)我全力并急切的想把自己所學(xué)全部傳授給他們時(shí)，他們的英語(yǔ)能力還是很平庸。我一直在尋找原因，我也一直在問(wèn)自己：我優(yōu)秀嗎？我成功嗎？我怎樣才能變的優(yōu)秀而成功？</p><p class="ql-block"> </p> <p class="ql-block">There were of course many complicated reasons and factors. And in my opinion, whether I am good or not, includes many factors such as my knowledge, my personality, my quality, my methods, teaching art and so on. Absolutely, to be a good and successful English teacher is not an easy job. I need to have an excellent command of English myself to make my students appreciate me and enjoy my class. I need to have the abilities to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and environment for the students to study. I have to adopt efficient and various teaching methods to meet my students’ level. I need to develop my teaching art and skills. I should make full of each students ability and always encourage them to give them confidence. </p><p class="ql-block">這里當(dāng)然有許多復(fù)雜的原因和理由。在我看來(lái)，我的優(yōu)秀與否，包含了許多因素例如我的學(xué)識(shí)、我的性格、我的教學(xué)方法、我的教學(xué)藝術(shù)等等。當(dāng)然，想當(dāng)一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的老師并不容易。我需要具備優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)掌控能力讓學(xué)生欣賞我，喜歡我的課堂；我必須擁有創(chuàng)造輕松和諧課堂氛圍的能力讓學(xué)生好好學(xué)習(xí)；我也必須接受更加有效的多樣的教學(xué)方法來(lái)滿足不同學(xué)生的水平；我需要提高自我的教學(xué)技巧和藝術(shù)；我需要提高學(xué)生的能力，鼓勵(lì)他們自信。</p> <p class="ql-block">Therefore, “Live and learn” and “never too old to learn” have been the mottos Ive adopted. I must improve my own abilities and skills of teaching, to keep up with the rapid development of our information age and society. Is that enough for me to be good and successful now? No, that’s far from enough. In spite of all the above aspects of good teaching is the primary and the most important requirement: love teaching and love my students.</p><p class="ql-block"> 因此，“學(xué)無(wú)止境”一直是我的座右銘。我必須提高自己的教學(xué)能力去適應(yīng)快速發(fā)展的信息社會(huì)，那么，這樣我就可以成為一名優(yōu)秀的老師了嗎？不！這還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。除了上面提到的教學(xué)的各個(gè)方面之外，最重要的是有愛教育，愛自己的學(xué)生！</p> <p class="ql-block">I’ve learned to be the students’ teacher, their elder sister, their friend, their mother and so on. I show my care and love for them. Whenever they are in trouble, being sick, feeling blue or in a bad mood, I am the person that will try to take care of them, talk with them or try to help them balance themselves in good condition. I respect and trust them. When they fall in love with sb., quarrel with friends, cannot get along well with parents, etc. I’ll analyze the pros and cons, the advantages and disadvantages, and give them some opinions or suggestions. I sympathize with and understand them. When they break the rules or do something wrong carelessly, I will help them out of trouble instead of scolding them. I am always strict with them and also hope they can be strict with themselves and be confident of themselves.</p><p class="ql-block">我學(xué)著做他們的老師、他們的大姐姐、他們的朋友、他們的媽媽.....我對(duì)他們關(guān)心，愛護(hù)。有時(shí)他們病了，身體不舒服，心情不好或者碰到了麻煩，我就是那個(gè)照顧他們、與他們交談，幫助他們回歸最好的生活狀態(tài)的人。我尊重他們，相信他們。有時(shí)他們?cè)鐟倭耍c朋友吵架了，與父母爭(zhēng)執(zhí)了，我都會(huì)幫助他們分析事情的利弊，給他們建議，我理解他們。當(dāng)他們做錯(cuò)事了，我會(huì)積極的幫助他們解決困境而不是責(zé)備他們。我對(duì)他們嚴(yán)慈相濟(jì)，也希望他們能對(duì)自己嚴(yán)格要求，對(duì)自己充滿自信。</p> <p class="ql-block">Everyone needs love. Love is one of the most magical and wonderful feelings in the world. Teacher’s love for their students can make the impossible become possible. The love can change the disvalued into valued. The love can win the students love and respect in return. The love can encourage the students to work hard. The love can make the students open their heart to let us know what they are doing, what they are thinking about and how they are feeling。</p><p class="ql-block">I always believe love is education,without love there is no education, so let’s educate our children with our own selves and our own heart!</p><p class="ql-block">每個(gè)人都需要愛！愛是世界上最神奇最美好的感覺。老師對(duì)學(xué)生的愛會(huì)使不可能變成可能；老師學(xué)生的愛會(huì)把無(wú)價(jià)值的東西變成有價(jià)值的東西；老師對(duì)學(xué)生的愛也會(huì)得到學(xué)生的愛與尊敬；老師對(duì)學(xué)生的愛會(huì)使學(xué)生奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)；老師對(duì)學(xué)生的愛會(huì)讓學(xué)生對(duì)我們敞開心扉，讓我們了解他們的所做，所感，所想。</p><p class="ql-block">我一直堅(jiān)信，愛即教育，無(wú)愛則無(wú)教育。讓我們每一個(gè)老師都用自己的言行和愛心去澆灌祖國(guó)的花朵吧！</p>
