Since 1999 to take part in the work, I served as a junior high school English teaching work, I love my  career, understand its sacred, in the face of those lovely spirits, dare not have the slightest slack, only the heart to write the movement of career. Review of the work dribs and drads, the true feelings and sweat left a clear mark, there are students unsatisfactory hesitation and loneliness, but also full of moving and happiness. 自1999年參加工作以來，我就擔(dān)任初中英語教學(xué)工作，我熱愛自己的職業(yè)，懂得它的神圣，面對(duì)那些可愛的精靈，不敢有絲毫的懈怠，唯有用心去譜寫職業(yè)生涯的樂章?；仡櫣ぷ鞯狞c(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，真情和汗水留下了清晰的印記，有學(xué)生不如人意時(shí)的彷徨與孤寂，也有滿滿的感動(dòng)和幸福。 　　In the teaching work process, I not only pay attention to the moral education of the students, but also lose no time to improve the teaching method, really teaching. 在具體的教學(xué)工作過程中，我既重視對(duì)學(xué)生的品德的教育，又不失時(shí)機(jī)地改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法，真正做到教書育人。 　　First,Care for the children’sgrowth like a mother. "To love one's own children is human; to love others' children is divine." I am not a god, but I love my students. Remember in 2008 a student named Zhang Baojian in my class,was born in a poor family, but the child is very sensible, I arranged for him to do some work in class, then with all sorts of reasons to reward him some learning supplies, both for adolescent children's self-esteem, and gave him some learning necessities, although small, but also from cash-strapped embarrassed, even though he has graduated for many years, but  he is still in touch with me to report his growth, his joy, just like a family member.  一、以慈母情懷，關(guān)愛孩子成長(zhǎng)    “愛自己的孩子是人，愛別人的孩子是神?！蔽译m然不是神，但我愛我的學(xué)生。作為班主任，我的心和孩子們貼的更近。記得2008年時(shí)我班張保健，家境貧寒，但這個(gè)孩子非常懂事，我在班級(jí)安排他做一些工作，然后以各種理由獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)給他一些學(xué)習(xí)用品，這既給了青春期孩子的自尊，又給了他一些學(xué)習(xí)的必需品，雖然微不足道，但也免于捉襟見肘的尷尬，雖然他已畢業(yè)多年，但現(xiàn)在依然與我聯(lián)系，匯報(bào)他的成長(zhǎng)，他的喜樂，儼然當(dāng)成了親人。  　　Second, from the overall situation, everything for the sake of the children's development. I also pay attention to details and care about the growth of my children. On the eve of Dragon Boat Festival ,we reviewed the traditional Chinese festivals and customs, some students said they hadn't eaten Zongzi.In fact, some of the children in the countryside  have neve eaten Zongzi , in order to make up for their regret, I bought rice and candied jujube and Zongzi leaves,soaked rice well, after having night lessons for them, I packaged Zongzi. Because my pot is small, continuous cooking several pots, cooked all the food when it was already morning. Although I went to work tired when I watched them eat so happily, it was all worth it. It was destined to be an unforgettable and special Dragon Boat Festival for them. I also sent the video to the parents of the students, they were very moved, the parents' affirmation is the motivation of my work. After graduation, the children were reluctant to part with me. How could I be willing to leave the children who have accompanied more than one thousand days and nights? But I did not regret it, because I was strict with them in study, and loved them and  treated them as my own children in life. On the quality I want them to be honest and trustworthy, sincere cooperation.  二、從大局出發(fā)，一切為孩子的發(fā)展著想。  端午節(jié)前夕我們英語中也復(fù)習(xí)了中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日及習(xí)俗，有的同學(xué)就說沒吃過粽子，農(nóng)村的孩子確實(shí)有沒吃過的，為了彌補(bǔ)她們的遺憾，我買來米、蜜棗和粽子葉，泡好米，上完晚課連夜為他們包粽子，因?yàn)槲壹业腻佇?，連續(xù)煮了好幾鍋，都煮好時(shí)已經(jīng)是凌晨了。雖然帶著疲憊去上班，看著他們吃的那么開心，一切都值了，對(duì)她們來說這注定是一個(gè)難忘的也是特別的端午節(jié)。我還發(fā)了視頻給學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)看，他們都非常感動(dòng)，家長(zhǎng)的肯定就是我工作的動(dòng)力。     畢業(yè)時(shí)孩子們戀戀不舍，舍不得我這個(gè)張媽媽，我又何嘗不是呢，陪伴了一千多個(gè)日夜的孩子要離開了，怎會(huì)舍得，但我不遺憾，因?yàn)樵趯W(xué)習(xí)上我嚴(yán)苛的要求他們，在生活中像對(duì)自己的孩子一樣愛護(hù)他們，包容他們；在品質(zhì)上要他們誠(chéng)實(shí)守信，精誠(chéng)合作。 　　Third, create a relaxed and lively teaching style "Ask canal that so clear, to have a source of living water." In order to do a good job at the source, I constantly enrich myself, study the theory of curriculum reform, study the "new curriculum standard", change the concept of education, understand the new trend of curriculum reform. In my county to create six three efficient classroom, many times in the school and other schools to do open class, interschool communication. I serve as a junior high school English teaching work, every class, I have a few minutes in advance into the classroom, and students exchange or guidance, I also use the lunch break for poor children on the basis of duty to open the kitchen, after a period of time of efforts, really effective. For several years I served as the third grade of the check teacher, I concentrate on teaching materials, try my best to improve students' interest in learning, and gradually form my own relaxed and lively teaching style. 三、打造輕松活潑的教學(xué)風(fēng)格   “ 問渠那得清如許，為有源頭活水來?！?為了做好源頭，我不斷充實(shí)自己，學(xué)習(xí)課改理論，學(xué)習(xí)《新課標(biāo)》，轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念，了解課改的新動(dòng)向。在我縣打造六三高效課堂中，多次在本校和外校做公開課，進(jìn)行校際交流。我擔(dān)任初中英語教學(xué)工作，每次上課，我都提前幾分鐘進(jìn)教室，與學(xué)生交流或指導(dǎo)，我還利用午休時(shí)間為基礎(chǔ)差的孩子義務(wù)開小灶，經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的努力，真的很有效果。我連續(xù)幾年擔(dān)任初三的把關(guān)教師，我潛心鉆研教材，想盡一切辦法提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣，逐漸形成自己輕松活潑的教學(xué)風(fēng)格。 The stories With the children could be told a few days and nights ,full of more memories of happiness, I'll  excite for students’ progress, happy for the improvement of the quality of the students ,pain and happy. I am an ordinary teacher, with my love and hard work, explaining the glory of teachers' professional, Also interprets the responsibility of the teacher in charge. Thanks for listening 與孩子們的故事可能講個(gè)幾天幾夜也講不完，有孩子們不聽話時(shí)的沮喪，而更多的則是回憶的幸福，我會(huì)為學(xué)生的一點(diǎn)進(jìn)步而興奮，更會(huì)為學(xué)生的品質(zhì)的提高而喜悅，辛苦并快樂著，我是一名普通的教師，用自己的愛心和努力，詮釋著教師職業(yè)的光榮，也詮釋著教師的責(zé)任。  .
