Love Teaching. Love the Children 愛教育，愛孩子Hello! Ladies and teachers: It's an honor for me to make this speech, hope everyone enjoy a wonderful time.女士們，先生們； 大家好！ 很榮幸參加這次演講，接下來的時(shí)間，希望大家開心。 I ’m not a poet, I can’t eulogize my profession with beautiful verses; I'm not a scholar, I can’t consider my value with profound thoughts; I ’m not a singer, I can’t sing my post with beautiful voice; I am a teacher, as an ordinary primary school English teacher, I will use my memory of English knowledge to constantly cultivate the flowers of the motherland, to construct a beautiful poem in my heart. I will think deeply, sing out the most beautiful song in my Heart-I love my teaching profession, I love my job. 我不是詩(shī)人，不能用漂亮的詩(shī)句謳歌我的職業(yè)；我不是學(xué)者，不能用深邃的思想考慮自己的價(jià)值；我不是歌手，不能用動(dòng)聽的歌喉歌唱我的崗位；我是教師，一名普通的小學(xué)英語教師，我要用我儲(chǔ)存英語知識(shí)的腦海不斷培育祖國(guó)的花朵，構(gòu)筑我心中美好的詩(shī)篇，我會(huì)深深地思考，歌唱出我心中最優(yōu)美的歌曲--我愛我的教師職業(yè)，我愛我的工作崗位。 In a twinkling , I have been struggling in the post of education for 13 years. along the way, there is sweat, there are tears; there are paids, and also gains; Have been touched and also left regrets. Today, I’d love to talk about a small regret that has remained in my heart all the time. 轉(zhuǎn)眼間，我已經(jīng)在教育崗位上奮戰(zhàn)十三個(gè)年頭，一路走來，有汗水，也有淚水；有付出，也有收獲；有感動(dòng)，也有過遺憾。今天，我就要講一個(gè)一直留在心里的小遺憾。 After graduation from the normal school, I entered a primary school to teach English . Stepping on the platform, teaching and educating people is my childhood dream. I took the dream in my heart, full of passion to come to the yearning campus, looking at the eyes of children eager for knowledge , I have also determined to dedicate all the enthusiasm to the cause of education. 師范畢業(yè)我就考入一所學(xué)校擔(dān)任小學(xué)英語教學(xué)工作，踏上三尺講臺(tái)，教書育人，是我從小的夢(mèng)想，我懷揣夢(mèng)想，滿懷激情地來到向往的校園，望著孩子們一雙雙渴望知識(shí)的眼睛，我更堅(jiān)定要把所有的熱情全部獻(xiàn)給教育事業(yè)。 But because I ’v just graduated, lack of teaching experience, and I imagined the situation is not consistent, a strange environment, the food and the accommodation were very inconvenient, naughty students disturbed my class, struggled for a term, the results were not ideal. I really experienced the ordinary post of teachers, experienced the hardships and pressures of the ordinary . 但由于剛畢業(yè)，缺乏教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，與我想象的情景并不一致，一個(gè)陌生的環(huán)境，吃住都很不方便，調(diào)皮的學(xué)生然亂我的課堂，奮戰(zhàn)了一學(xué)期，成績(jī)也并不理想。我真正體驗(yàn)到了教師崗位的平凡，體驗(yàn)到平凡中的艱辛和壓力。 But I did not flinch, I used the break time to do a good job of psychological counseling of students, let them study hard, be patient and reasonable, let the naught students do not disturb the class. And cultivated their interest in learning; I used the spare time, and didn’t rest at noon, I guided the students who came early to consolidate the knowledge they had learned in the classroom, and expanded the knowledge; I communicated with the head teacher everyday, contacted with their parents frequently; Formulated a system of rewards and punishments . 但我沒退縮，我利用課間時(shí)間做好學(xué)生的心理疏導(dǎo)，讓他們努力學(xué)習(xí)，耐心講道理，讓學(xué)困生不擾亂課堂秩序，并培養(yǎng)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣；利用課余時(shí)間，中午不休息，在班級(jí)帶領(lǐng)早到的學(xué)生鞏固已學(xué)知識(shí)，拓展延申；每天與班主任溝通，及時(shí)與家長(zhǎng)聯(lián)絡(luò)；設(shè)置獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度，激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)勁頭。 It was the time for the final exam again, I led the kids review all of their lessons, promised them gifts if they got a perfect score. Finally, all the efforts paid off, after my children and I worked together, the final exam results in the schools that take the unified examination ranked the second, Qiu Xue and Liu Yi two lovely, careful girls got the full marks. 又到了期末考試的時(shí)間，我?guī)ьI(lǐng)孩子們?nèi)鎻?fù)習(xí)，并答應(yīng)他們得滿分的同學(xué)會(huì)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)他們小禮物。終于，功夫不負(fù)有心人，經(jīng)過我和孩子們的共同努力，期末考試成績(jī)?cè)趨⒓咏y(tǒng)一考試的學(xué)校里排名第二，邱雪和劉翌兩名可愛，細(xì)心的女孩子得了滿分。 The first thing I did was to choose presents for the girls . And I would give them when they went back to school to get their scores. But the school in order to teachers and students’ safety, informed the results to the parents by the phone. The express was not as convenient as now, I can only wait for the beginning to give the surprise to them. 我第一時(shí)間給孩子們選好禮物，等待她們返校拿成績(jī)的時(shí)候送給他們。但學(xué)校為了師生安全，與家長(zhǎng)通過電話通知考試成績(jī)，那時(shí)候快遞還不像現(xiàn)在這樣方便，我只能等著開學(xué)給她們驚喜了。 But just that summer vacation, I was transferred to the present school to teach, I was filled with regrets and prepared the two lovely dolls until now, many years later, when I see the lovely dolls,I will remember their naive and lovely faces. Till this year ,they should be in the third year of the university. 但就在這個(gè)暑假，我被調(diào)走到現(xiàn)在的學(xué)校任教，我?guī)еz憾和給她們準(zhǔn)備的兩個(gè)可愛的布娃娃一直到現(xiàn)在，多年過后，看見可愛的布娃娃，我就會(huì)想起來她們天真可愛的笑臉，今年她們應(yīng)該上大學(xué)三年級(jí)了. Perhaps they have forgotten these things, but in the heart of the teacher always remembered; I don’t know if they can still remember, their first English teacher -- Miss Guo ? But your teacher believes that we will meet again, I have been waiting for the day we will meet. We will be as happy as we were all those years ago.
