color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><u>于局長從國家對幼兒園頂層設(shè)計，政策指導(dǎo)，到省上落實學(xué)前教育發(fā)展十年規(guī)劃以來取得的巨大變化，肯定了我縣在落實學(xué)前教育投資，興建公辦幼兒園，招聘招考幼兒教師，培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)崗教師，改善辦園條件，提高辦園質(zhì)量方面取得的喜人的成績。在表彰進(jìn)步的同時，還指出我縣學(xué)前教育存在的師資短缺，幼兒教育小學(xué)化傾向等短板弱項，點明了這次園長教師培訓(xùn)的重要性和必要性。</u></b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;
