<p class="ql-block"> Good morning, honored judges .My name is Liu Jia. I come from NO.34 Middle School in Qiqihar. It’s my great honor to show my teaching experience and feelings with you. The name of my speech is Show your love without reservation</p><p class="ql-block"> 早上好，尊敬的評委。我叫劉佳；來自齊齊哈爾市第三十四中學(xué)。很榮幸能夠與你們分享我的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗和感受。我演講的題目是：傾情付出愛</p> <p class="ql-block"> It has been seven years since I became a teacher after I graduated from the university. When I first stepped on my platform, I have decided to be a good and successful English teacher. However, in my class, when I gave lessons to my students, some of the students always looked so tired and sleepy. When I spent much of my time preparing my lessons, trying my best to make my lessons lively and interesting, the teaching effect and feedback was not that I had expected. I was always asking myself: Am I a good teacher ? Does everyone like me ? </p><p class="ql-block"> 自從大學(xué)畢業(yè)成為一名教師，已經(jīng)過了7個春秋。當(dāng)我第一次站在講臺上的時候，我就決定一定要成為一位成功的好老師。然而，在課堂授課期間；總有學(xué)生看似很疲憊很困倦。當(dāng)我花費大量時間準(zhǔn)備課程，想盡我所能讓課堂生動有趣時；教學(xué)效果和反饋從來都不是我期待的樣子。我總是問自己：我是一位好老師嗎？每一個人都喜歡我嗎？</p> <p class="ql-block"> I always confused with these problems. My master told me whether I was good or not,（ included many factors such as my knowledge, my personality, my quality, my methods, teaching art and so on） absolutely, to be a good and successful English teacher is not an easy job. I need to have an excellent command of English , to make my students appreciate me and enjoy my class, to have the abilities to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and environment for the students’ study. I need to develop my teaching art and skills. I should encourage them to give them confidence.</p><p class="ql-block"> 我總是困惑于這些疑問。我的師傅告訴我，無論我優(yōu)秀還是欠佳，（包括很多因素，例如我的學(xué)識、品格、素質(zhì)、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)藝術(shù)等等）當(dāng)一名優(yōu)秀的成功的英語老師絕對的不容易的。我需要出色地掌控英語這門學(xué)科；我需要讓學(xué)生欣賞我并且喜歡我的課；我需要有為學(xué)生提供舒適輕松學(xué)習(xí)氛圍的能力；我需要提高我的教學(xué)藝術(shù)和技能；我應(yīng)該鼓勵他們給他們自信。</p> <p class="ql-block"> Therefore I learned to think about everything from my students’ points of view. What’s the hot issue that they always talk about？ The famous actors and singers,the national events and popular films,the wonderful games and great inventions.Then I wrote short articles about them and read before classes.My students were interested in the topic that I chose. Gradually, I let them wrote the articles and read them in front of others. Our class became more interesting than before. </p><p class="ql-block"> 因此，我學(xué)著從學(xué)生的角度看問題。他們經(jīng)常討論的熱點話題是什么？從著名的影星到歌星，從國家大事到流行電影，從精彩的游戲到偉大的發(fā)明。然后，在課前我寫出關(guān)于這些的小短文并在課前給學(xué)生們閱讀。我的學(xué)生對我選的話題很感興趣。漸漸地，我讓學(xué)生們寫這些短文并在大家面前閱讀出來。我們的課堂變得比以前有趣了。</p> <p class="ql-block"> Besides, I showed my care and love for them. Whenever they were in trouble, being sick, feeling blue or in a bad mood, I was the person that would try to take care of them, talk with them or try to help them .Instead of showing them blame or neglect, it’s better to show them respect and patience. For my students, I am not only their teacher, but also their sister ,friend and leader.Everyone needs love. Love is one of the most magical and wonderful feelings in the world. Teachers’ love for their students can make the impossible become possible. Students are like flowers while teachers are like sunshine. Flowers blossom only if sunshine shows its warmth on them. Being teachers means choosing to love the students.</p><p class="ql-block"> 除此之外，我還向他們表達了愛和關(guān)心。無論他們身處困境，還是生病臥床；無論他們心情沮喪，還是異常焦躁；我都是那個盡全力照顧他們，與他們談心、努力幫助他們的人。表達尊重和耐心好于表達責(zé)備和忽視。對于我的學(xué)生來說，我不僅是他們的老師；還是他們的姐姐、朋友，領(lǐng)袖。每個人都需要愛。愛是世上最神奇最精彩的感受。老師對學(xué)生的愛能使不可能的事變成可能。學(xué)生就像花朵，老師就像陽光。只有接受陽光的溫暖，花朵才能綻放。成為教師也就意味著選擇愛護學(xué)生。</p> <p class="ql-block"> Thank you for your attention!</p><p class="ql-block"> 感謝您的關(guān)注！</p>
