<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;"> 根據(jù)《通遼市人民政府辦公室關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)<通遼市教育局關(guān)于嚴格規(guī)范中小學校招生入學管理工作指導意見>的通知》，為全面做好開魯縣2021年秋季中小學陽光招生工作，現(xiàn)將開魯縣宏盛小學招生預報名工作做如下說明：</b></p> <p class="ql-block">一、預報名時間：</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">2021年7月12日至7月14日（三天的報名時間）</b></p><p class="ql-block">二、預報名地點：</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">開魯縣宏盛小學三樓助學辦</b></p><p class="ql-block">三、所屬宏盛小學學區(qū)：</p><p class="ql-block">新城社區(qū)（和諧小區(qū)、玉龍家園、玉龍公館、北港、華昌、梧桐佳苑、泰山花園）和開魯鎮(zhèn)的宏盛村、明仁村、康家窯村。</p><p class="ql-block">四、預報名四類房戶類型</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">A類—有戶有房 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">B類—外戶有房 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">C類—有戶祖房 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">D類—有戶租房</b></p><p class="ql-block">五、預報名方式</p><p class="ql-block"> 宏盛小學一年級新生家長根據(jù)學區(qū)內(nèi)所屬的房戶類型，到“開魯縣宏盛小學三樓助學辦”進行現(xiàn)場預報名。</p><p class="ql-block">六、預報名的要求</p><p class="ql-block"> 1.年齡要求：</p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">凡年滿6周歲（2015年8月31日之前出生）</b>適齡兒童，由其父母或其他合法監(jiān)護人在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)持有符合入校條件相關(guān)證明材料，到宏盛小學申請報名。</p><p class="ql-block"> 2.預報名學校是宏盛小學</p><p class="ql-block"> 要依據(jù)戶籍、實際入住的房產(chǎn)（商業(yè)用房不作為入學條件，在縣內(nèi)無其他房產(chǎn)的情況下實際入住的商住兩用房可作為入學條件）、官兵（消防）子女有優(yōu)待選擇權(quán)，按本次預報名設置房戶類型到校提交證件材料（原件和復印件都要）</p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">（1）A類</b>：有戶有房。屬城區(qū)內(nèi)學校招生區(qū)內(nèi)戶籍，并在學校招生區(qū)內(nèi)實際居住的，到居住地招生區(qū)內(nèi)學校報名就讀，需分別提供以下證件（證據(jù)）。</p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> ①戶口簿。適齡兒童少年與父母不在同一戶口簿的，以父母戶口簿為準。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> ②不動產(chǎn)登記證或房產(chǎn)證。房產(chǎn)權(quán)屬人應為適齡兒童少年父母。</b></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;"> ③未辦理不動產(chǎn)登記證或房產(chǎn)證的出具購房合同、購房發(fā)票、不動產(chǎn)登記機構(gòu)出具的預告登記證明、2021年3月以前的水電費票各一張。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 22px;">（2）B類</b>：外戶有房。招生區(qū)外戶籍，父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人在招生區(qū)內(nèi)有自有房產(chǎn)并實際居住的，申請到招生區(qū)就讀需提供以下證件（證據(jù)）。招生區(qū)學校學位不足時由教體局調(diào)劑到城區(qū)內(nèi)其他學校就讀。</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">①戶口簿。適齡兒童少年與父母不在同一戶口簿的，以父母戶口簿為準。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> ②學校招生區(qū)內(nèi)不動產(chǎn)登記證（房產(chǎn)證）。房產(chǎn)權(quán)屬人應為適齡兒童少年父母。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> ③未辦理不動產(chǎn)登記證（房產(chǎn)證）的出具購房合同、購房發(fā)票和不動產(chǎn)登記機構(gòu)出具的預告登記證明。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> ④2021年3月以前的水電費票各一張。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 22px;">（3）C類</b>：有戶祖房。屬城區(qū)內(nèi)學校招生區(qū)內(nèi)戶籍，父母或其他監(jiān)護人在開魯鎮(zhèn)轄區(qū)內(nèi)無房產(chǎn)，監(jiān)護人與祖父母（外祖父 母）共同居住，祖父母（外祖父母）在招生區(qū)內(nèi)有房產(chǎn)的，到戶籍所轄地學校報名就讀。需分別提供以下證件（證據(jù)）。</p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;"> ⑤未辦理不動產(chǎn)登記證或房產(chǎn)證的出具購房合同、購房發(fā)票、不動產(chǎn)登記機構(gòu)出具的預告登記證明。</b></p><p class="ql-block"> <b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 22px;">（4）D類</b>：有戶租房。屬城區(qū)內(nèi)學校招生區(qū)內(nèi)戶籍，在開魯縣轄區(qū)內(nèi)無房產(chǎn)的，到戶籍所轄地學校報名就讀。需分別提供以下證件（證據(jù)）</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">（5）部隊官兵和消防救援人員子女，同時提供以下證明材料可以申請跨招生區(qū)就讀。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">①戶口簿</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">②父（母）親的軍官證、消防救援人員證明。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">③父（母）親或監(jiān)護人駐我縣所在部隊的證明。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);
