It responds to information from the senses and sends signals to the other parts of the body telling them what to do.</p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">Irene: We use brain to think. Five senses: see, hear, smell, touch and taste.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">2.Lungs</b> – Your lungs expand and contract, sucking in oxygen-rich air from around you and breathing out used air that has a lot of carbon dioxide. They are responsible for getting oxygen into, and carbon dioxide out of, your blood.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">Digestive system – </b></p><p class="ql-block">The digestive system includes the mouth, throat, stomach, liver, and intestines. This is the path that food and drinks follow after you chew and swallow them. The digestive system pulls nutrients out of your food to be used in your body.</p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">3.</span><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">Stomach</b> – The stomach is the main digester in your body. It contains a strong acid that helps to break down your food.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">4.Liver – </b></p><p class="ql-block">The liver helps to clean toxins out of the blood and also produces many of the chemicals needed to digest food.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">5. digestines</b></p><p class="ql-block">The functions of intestines are to digest food and to enable the nutrients released from that food to enter into the bloodstream. </p><p class="ql-block">Our intestines consist of two major subdivisions<span style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">: the small intestine and the large intestine.</span> The small intestine is much smaller in diameter（直徑）, but is much longer and more massive（巨大的） than the large intestine. Together the intestines take up most of the space within the abdominal body cavity and are folded many times over to pack their enormous length into such a small area. </p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">6. Heart – </b></p><p class="ql-block">The heart is a strong muscle that pumps blood around your whole body, following a steady rhythm.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">7. Kidneys – </b></p><p class="ql-block">Your kidneys filter your blood. They are used to make sure that the right levels of salts and sugars are present in your blood.</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">8. The bladder </b></p><p class="ql-block">is a round, bag-like organ that stores urine. It is located in the pelvic area, just below the kidneys and right behind the pelvic bone. Rub your fingers in some finger paint, press the tips down on the piece of white paper, lift your hand carefully.Your fingerprints show loops and lines. you can see them better under a magnifying glass.</p><p class="ql-block">Fingernails and toenails are part of your skin. They protect the tips of your fingers and toes.When you cut your hair, you don't feel anything. When you cut your nails, you don't feel anything either.</p><p class="ql-block">1.
