<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 8月26日至29日，我參加了由河南省攝影家協(xié)會副主席、洛陽市攝協(xié)主席高均海帶隊的嵩縣采風(fēng)活動。7名攝影師先后深入嵩縣陸渾、田湖、閆莊、飯坡、庫區(qū)、九皋、德亭、舊縣等鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)，就產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、旅游強(qiáng)縣、鄉(xiāng)村振興等工作開展攝影釆風(fēng)活動，所到之處，感覺嵩縣變化很大，發(fā)展態(tài)勢令人振奮。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> “鶴鳴于九皋，聲聞于天”。洛欒高速、嵩汝公路、伊河水系環(huán)繞的九皋山腳下的嵩縣九皋鎮(zhèn)，交通便利、生態(tài)原始、環(huán)境優(yōu)美，國家3A級景區(qū)石頭部落位于境內(nèi)高山草甸之上。在河南有很多村莊都是由石頭做的，但從沒有一座村莊像它一樣，連村周圍都是連綿的石山，是名副其實的石頭村落！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 石頭部落地處洛陽嵩縣九皋鎮(zhèn)以北8公里的石場村，由石屏畫廊、高山草原、部落人家3個景點(diǎn)組成，區(qū)域面積56平方公里，居住86戶，298口人。石頭部落是一個極具特色的原始風(fēng)貌村落，此地奇石遍地，民風(fēng)淳樸，一片原生態(tài)的田園風(fēng)光，村子依山而建，道路成環(huán)形縱橫交錯，層層升高，所有步道均以青石鋪就而成。全村四街七巷十八胡同，規(guī)劃有序，韻味十足。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 因村中房屋及生產(chǎn)生活用品多為山石所制而得現(xiàn)名，2013年，石場村被列入第二批中國傳統(tǒng)村落名錄。近年來，因其獨(dú)特的村落景觀、渾樸的自然風(fēng)光而漸成當(dāng)?shù)匾粡堥W亮的旅游名片。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 石頭布落所在的石場村是一條以石為名、因石出名的小山村。不過早年間，這里因為處于深山當(dāng)中，交通閉塞，知道這里的人并不多。近年來，被那些喜愛游走于山水之中的驢友發(fā)現(xiàn)并傳開后，慢慢地吸引大批游客慕名而來。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 為了給游客更好的體驗，當(dāng)?shù)卣劳性摯瀣F(xiàn)有資源，在保留村子原始風(fēng)貌的情況下，對房屋、街道以及周邊環(huán)境進(jìn)行改造、維護(hù)，現(xiàn)在的石場村搖身一變?yōu)椤笆^部落”，已然成為洛陽周邊游的好去處。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 這里民風(fēng)淳樸，村民熱情好客，因尚未被商業(yè)過度開發(fā)，而保留了原汁原味的生態(tài)農(nóng)村的味道，對于那些遠(yuǎn)道而來的游客來說，這里就像是被歲月眷顧的“世外桃源”。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 走進(jìn)石頭村，仿佛走進(jìn)了一個石頭的世界：石碾、石磨、石牛槽、石豬槽、石香爐、石雞窩、石蒜具、石桌、石凳、石鍋臺、石搟杖、石枕頭、石頭床、石頭雕刻等等生產(chǎn)生活用品不一而足。而石頭步道、石頭窯洞、石頭房屋、石頭廟、石頭井、石頭窖、石頭壩子、石頭門樓、石頭衛(wèi)生間、石頭下水道等石頭建筑更是驚艷了游客的目光。</b></p> <p 最為有趣的，還要數(shù)當(dāng)?shù)靥赜械氖G石屋，房屋下面是雙窯，上面是兩屋，上下左右公正對稱，連屋的樣尺、窯的形狀也一模一樣，很有建筑藝術(shù)特色。有的石屋歷經(jīng)數(shù)百年滄桑而不倒，個中建筑技術(shù)很有研究價值。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 艱苦的自然環(huán)境練就了村里男人高超的石匠手藝，他們祖祖輩輩就靠自己的雙手，將伸手可及的石頭修成梯田、雕成石器、蓋成房屋，直至建成這個龐大的石頭部落。據(jù)村民說，他們的先人從明代時就居住在這里，繁衍至今已30代，600多年的歷史。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 22px;">四街七巷韻味足，</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">十八胡洞構(gòu)獨(dú)特。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)厝朔Q，這是在明洪武年間，由柴起龍、柴起鳳兄弟二人帶領(lǐng)全家由山西洪洞縣遷至此處，經(jīng)不斷繁衍后，漸成村落。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 在石頭部落里，現(xiàn)存最古老建筑為柴家舊宅的保安樓，始建于清朝咸豐年間，是柴姓人經(jīng)十三代人的努力而興建的大型兩層石木結(jié)構(gòu)民居。據(jù)老鄉(xiāng)介紹，當(dāng)時，保安樓有房屋36間，設(shè)施完善，有防火池、地下排水系統(tǒng)、儲物間、臥室、廚房、衛(wèi)生間、騾馬房、糧倉、彈藥庫等。保安樓現(xiàn)有上房6間、偏房8間、地下室4間、石窯4間、崗樓1間，共計23間房屋。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 現(xiàn)如今已改為鄉(xiāng)愁博物館。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> style="font-size: 22px;">嵩縣：打造“一山一水兩圣人”品牌，未來五年旅游將有大變化</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 推動伏牛山旅游一體化、提升陸渾湖國家濕地公園、打造“兩圣人”文旅新名片……洛報融媒記者從近日召開的嵩縣第十三次黨代會上獲悉，未來五年，嵩縣將以做精做特鄉(xiāng)村旅游為抓手，激發(fā)旅游富民新活力，持續(xù)叫響“5A嵩縣·全域旅游”全國名片。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">《洛陽都市圈發(fā)展規(guī)劃（2020—2035）》明確，將構(gòu)建“一帶兩區(qū)兩環(huán)多廊道”的生態(tài)格局。其中一區(qū)，就是以嵩縣、汝陽、魯山、欒川、盧氏、洛寧等為主體的南部伏牛山生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)區(qū)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">圍繞著力推動伏牛山旅游一體化，未來五年，嵩縣將積極參與組建伏牛山旅游聯(lián)盟，強(qiáng)化與周邊縣市合作，創(chuàng)辦伏牛山旅游服務(wù)中心，構(gòu)建伏牛山區(qū)域旅游規(guī)劃、管理、服務(wù)、交通、驛站、景區(qū)、門票、市場、公共服務(wù)一體化。將白云山、木札嶺納入伏牛山區(qū)域，一體打造國家旅游度假區(qū)，開辟車村、白河康養(yǎng)游、紅色游、度假游線路，創(chuàng)建天池山全國愛國主義教育示范基地。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">陸渾湖國家濕地公園是嵩縣旅游的一顆明珠。未來五年，嵩縣將實施環(huán)陸渾湖生態(tài)治理、環(huán)湖樂道、環(huán)湖綠化、民宿改造等設(shè)施建設(shè)。以嵩州古城、陸渾故城、沙坡、老樊店、多彩陸渾嶺為節(jié)點(diǎn)，推動“吃住行游購?qiáng)省比嫣釞n升級，培育“文旅+演藝+康養(yǎng)+飲食”旅游新業(yè)態(tài)，建成融農(nóng)、商、文、旅為一體的休閑康養(yǎng)勝地。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">與此同時，嵩縣還將全方位挖掘二程文化、伊尹文化內(nèi)涵，傳承弘揚(yáng)理學(xué)文化、宰相文化、湯藥文化、飲食文化，重點(diǎn)建設(shè)伊尹文化園、二程文化園、明道書院，持續(xù)辦好二程理學(xué)文化論壇，打造文化精品游，體驗特色研學(xué)之旅，延續(xù)歷史文脈、講好黃河故事，著力打造“兩圣人”文旅新名片。</b></p><p 22px;">據(jù)悉，嵩縣還將完善公路、休閑設(shè)施、自駕營地等旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，每年打造25個鄉(xiāng)村旅游特色村、A級景區(qū)，做好特色古村落、特色民居保護(hù)，把發(fā)展精品民宿作為重要方向；推行“公司+民宿+農(nóng)戶”模式，把民宿、飲食配套等賺錢機(jī)會讓給農(nóng)民。</b></p><p
