font-size: 20px;"> 根據教育局安全辦轉發(fā)朝陽市防汛抗旱指揮部辦公室發(fā)布《強降雨天氣預警提示》: 預計19日夜間至21日白天，我市將出現一次明顯降水天氣過程，大部分地區(qū)暴雨，局部大暴雨。下面推薦給大家一些防汛防暴雨防極端天氣的安全小知識，讓我們一起來認真學習一下，做到安全知識牢記于心，杜絕安全事故的發(fā)生，共同度過一個平安快樂的中秋假期。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">一、藍色預警</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 藍色預警信號出現時，12小時內降雨量將達50毫米以上，或者已達50毫米以上且降雨可能持續(xù)。要注意收聽、收看天氣預報。關好門窗，盡量不要出出門要帶雨具。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size: 20px;">二、黃色預警</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 6小時內降雨量將達50毫米以上，或者已達50毫米以上且降雨可能持續(xù)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">暴雨預警發(fā)出后要怎么辦？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size: 20px;">一、居家</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 雷雨天氣在家就一定很安全了嗎？其實在家也有很多需要注意的地方：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">1.雨天不到戶外場地玩耍。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2.注意關好門窗，預防雷電擊入室內。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">3.盡量不要用手機或者座機撥通電話，或使用電話線等上網。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">4.雷雨時，洗澡不宜使用淋浴器，更不要用太陽能熱水器，避免因避雷設施不健全導致引發(fā)雷擊。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">5.雷雨來臨前，請家長拔掉電源插頭，別讓電視機、電腦等引雷入室，損壞電器，損壞電器之外還可能發(fā)生雷擊等危險。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size: 20px;">二、戶外</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">如果雷雨天在戶外，又應該怎么做呢？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">1.雨天在外行走要繞開大街上的井蓋處，盡量遠離井蓋，避免井蓋松動時，陷落井坑。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">2.雨傘、雨衣盡量選擇亮色透明的，這樣才能提高可視度，讓司機看到你，避免發(fā)生交通事故。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">3.經過路口時，要注意觀察來往車輛，在路邊行走時，也要遠離車輛，保持安全距離。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">4.下暴雨時，不站在樹下、廣告牌下或者電線桿下躲雨。避免遭受雷擊或被倒下的重物砸到。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">5.雨勢過大時可以找一個地勢比較高的地方避雨，但不可以在低洼處躲雨，以免突發(fā)洪水，來不及逃脫。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">6.不要到水坑或者池塘附近玩耍，以免發(fā)生意外。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">7.遇到道路積水時，盡量不要走到積水處，避免電線脫落引發(fā)觸電。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">8.遇到雨天伴有雷電時，不能走到高處、空曠田野、各種露天停車場、運動場和迎風坡等易受雷擊的地方。</b></p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">遇到洪水怎么自救</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">1.洪水到來時，來不及轉移的人員，要就近迅速向山坡、高地、樓房、避洪臺等地轉移，或者立即爬上屋頂、樓房高層、大樹、高墻等高的地方暫避，并設法發(fā)出求救信號。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2.如洪水繼續(xù)上漲，暫避的地方已難自保，則要充分利用準備好的救生器材逃生，或者迅速找一些能漂浮的材料扎成筏逃生。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);
