<p class="ql-block"> 時(shí)光匆匆，轉(zhuǎn)眼間一年級上學(xué)期已圓滿結(jié)束， ???驚喜，???遺憾，更多的是收獲！</p><p class="ql-block"> 根據(jù)我校“請黨放心，強(qiáng)國有我”主題實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的安排，我開啟了一個(gè)有意義而難忘的寒假生活：</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> </b>我自主學(xué)習(xí)了“紅領(lǐng)巾愛學(xué)習(xí)”六中全會(huì)精神專輯，還參加了“寒假十課”網(wǎng)上主題隊(duì)課學(xué)習(xí)，領(lǐng)取了屬于我的專屬勛章。通過此次學(xué)習(xí)，我了解了中國共產(chǎn)黨第一次全國代表大會(huì)于1921年7月23日至8月初在上海法租界望志路106號(hào)（現(xiàn)興業(yè)路76號(hào)）和浙江嘉興南湖的一條小船召開。還知道了疫苗是阻斷病毒最有效的途徑等許多知識(shí)。</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">二、紅領(lǐng)巾小書蟲</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> </b><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">我根據(jù)一年級必讀書目推薦的書單，閱讀了</span>《中國古代神話》、《中國民俗故事》、《世界上最好的爸爸》、《小豬唏哩呼嚕》、《曹沖稱象》、《胡蘿卜的種子》、《蚯蚓的日記》、《阿利的紅斗篷》《老鼠娶新娘》、《穿靴子的貓》、《克里克塔》、《要是你給老鼠吃餅干》、《神奇校車》，雖然都是一遍式跳讀，但是相信它們一定會(huì)給我?guī)硪庀氩坏降氖斋@，現(xiàn)在的我能夠?qū)Ｗ㈤喿x的時(shí)間更長了......</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">三、紅領(lǐng)巾小健將</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> </b>假期里，我堅(jiān)持每天一個(gè)半或兩小時(shí)的體育鍛煉，因?yàn)槭艿綃寢??對國球乒乓球熱愛的影響，雖然第一次接觸它，但我已深深地喜歡上了這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)！每次大汗淋漓后，我都感到無比放松和愉悅，相信乒乓球會(huì)讓我更堅(jiān)韌，更自信！我運(yùn)動(dòng)，我快樂！</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">四、紅領(lǐng)巾小蜜蜂</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> </b><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">寒假期間，我主動(dòng)幫爸爸??媽媽??分擔(dān)家務(wù)，如擦桌子、拖地、洗碗、洗衣服等。不沉迷手機(jī)、電腦,每天定時(shí)收看電視??，注意用眼衛(wèi)生，科學(xué)用眼，每天堅(jiān)持做眼保健操！</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">五、紅領(lǐng)巾??愛守紀(jì)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> </b><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">寒假外出時(shí)，我盡量做好個(gè)人防護(hù)，學(xué)習(xí)衛(wèi)生常識(shí)，規(guī)范衛(wèi)生行為，合理膳食，適度鍛煉，勤洗手、多通風(fēng)、不聚集，保持身心健康并堅(jiān)持每日健康狀況打卡！</span>我知道了<b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">內(nèi)、外、夾、弓、大、立、腕</b>六步洗手法。同時(shí)我們也要做到非必要不外出，千萬不能去中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)。疫情防控，人人有責(zé)！</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 22px;"><i><u>選修活動(dòng)篇</u></i></b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 22px;">一、參觀一處紅色教育基地</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 22px;"> </b><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">我去參觀了大洪山革命歷史紀(jì)念館，了解了在抗日戰(zhàn)爭和解放戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期，活躍著一支戰(zhàn)功卓著的英雄部隊(duì)—新四軍第五師十三旅三十七團(tuán)，這支部隊(duì)始終保持了大無畏的革命精神和優(yōu)良戰(zhàn)斗作風(fēng)，縱橫馳騁，所向披靡，為民族獨(dú)立和人民解放建立了不朽功勛！</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">二、學(xué)英雄故事，做先鋒少年</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> </b><span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(1, 1, 1);">爸爸??媽媽??在正月十三帶我前去觀看了電影??《長津湖之水門橋》，</span>講述了七連戰(zhàn)士們在結(jié)束了新興里和下碣隅里的戰(zhàn)斗之后，又將面臨更艱巨的挑戰(zhàn)和更猛烈的火力，他們將在美陸戰(zhàn)一師撤退路線上的咽喉之處——水門橋阻擊敵軍戰(zhàn)斗場面更加激烈，為贏得勝利付出的巨大犧牲也會(huì)令人更加動(dòng)容。如今山河已無恙，民族昌盛，國家富強(qiáng)，但我們?nèi)孕枥斡洑v史，繼承革命先列的意志與精神，勇往直前！</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 22px;">五、學(xué)唱紅色歌曲，傳承紅色基因 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size: 22px;"> </b><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size: 18px;">一首《保衛(wèi)黃河》，表現(xiàn)了在抗日戰(zhàn)爭年代里，中國人民的苦難與頑強(qiáng)斗爭，也表現(xiàn)了我們民族的偉大精神和不可戰(zhàn)勝的力量！</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;
