<p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> The United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has inscribed China's "The Twenty-Four Solar Terms" on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 聯(lián)合國教科文組織已將中國的"二十四節(jié)氣"列入人類非物質文化遺產(chǎn)代表作名錄。</span></p> 二十四節(jié)氣之起源 <p class="ql-block"> "二十四節(jié)氣"是中國人通過觀察太陽周年運動(observe the sun's annual motion)，認知一年中時令(season)、氣候、物候(phenology)等方面變化規(guī)律所形成的知識體系和社會實踐(knowledge system and social practice)。在國際氣象界，這一時間認知體系被譽為繼中國四大發(fā)明之后的第五大發(fā)明(the fifth invention after China's Four Major Inventions)。</p><p class="ql-block"> 我們的“聲臨其境 Fun dubbing”社團將為大家依次介紹二十四節(jié)氣的來歷和相關知識，傳遞中國文化，弘揚中華傳統(tǒng)！</p><p class="ql-block"> 今天我們就向大家來說一說“谷雨 Grain Rain”。</p> 谷雨 <p class="ql-block"> 谷雨，是我國農歷二十四節(jié)氣的第6個節(jié)氣，也是春季的最后一個節(jié)氣啦。它一般在公歷每年4月20日左右，在這個時期降水量增加，農作物得到灌溉茁壯成長，故得其名“谷雨”。我國是個農耕國家，農作物的播種、生長和收成受自然氣候的影響；因此，“谷雨”同其他節(jié)氣一樣，對我國的農業(yè)發(fā)展有著重大的意義。</p><p class="ql-block"> Grain Rain is the sixth of the24 solar terms in the Chinese lunar calendar, and it is also the last solarterm in spring. It occurs around April 20th every year in the lunar calendar.During this period, the rainfall increases so that crops are irrigated andgrow well. China is a farming country, and the sowing, growing and harvestingof crops are heavily influenced by the natural climate; therefore, the GrainRain, like other solar terms, has great significance for the development of agriculture in China.</p> 谷雨習俗：“吃春” <p class="ql-block"> 谷雨時節(jié)也正是下海捕魚的好時期。于是在這一天，漁民們會舉行海祭，祈求海神保佑平安。同時，谷雨也是食用香椿的好時節(jié)。因“椿”和“春”同音，人們將這種習俗稱為“吃春”。</p><p class="ql-block"> Grain Rain is also a good time to go fishing on the sea, so, on this day, fishermen will hold a sea festival to pray to the sea god for peace. Also, during this period, it is a wonderful time to eat toon.
