<h3>Today’s diary talks about Mediterranean diet. <br>Recently, I began to try the Mediterranean diet due to vascular health problems.<br>Mediterranean diet is a healthy way of eating.<br>This spacial diet includes:<br>Vegetables,such as cabbage, carrots,asparagus lettuce,broccoli, onions,garlic,etc;fruits,such as strawberries,blueberries,watermelons,pineapples,grapes etc; and nuts and beans,a small amount of yogurt and red wine,which promotes a small amount of poultry and fish a week and only eats red meat a few times a month.<br>These foods are cooked with vegetables oil,preferably olive oil.</h3> <h3>Although I don’t need to go on a diet, I drool as soon as I smell the smell of stir-fried bacon </h3> <h3>I bear to drool and expect my blood vessels to be healthy forever.</h3>
