As teachers, we must make it clear that “who to train, how to train, and for whom to train.” Changchun No.87 Middle School English teachers have been always on their way to develop students’ core literacy, cultivate students’ values to adapt to future development, and lay foundations for students’ lifelong learning.2022年版《英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》給外語從教者指明了新的教學(xué)方向。作為教師，必須進(jìn)一步明確“培養(yǎng)什么人，怎樣培養(yǎng)人，為誰培養(yǎng)人”，堅(jiān)持德育為先，加強(qiáng)體育、美育、落實(shí)勞動教育。聚焦學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)，關(guān)注學(xué)生個(gè)性化，多樣化的學(xué)習(xí)和發(fā)展要求。長春市第八十七中外語組老師們學(xué)習(xí)和力行新課標(biāo)理念，落實(shí)新時(shí)代育人方針，為學(xué)生終身學(xué)習(xí)，適應(yīng)未來社會發(fā)展奠基。 1.Labor Education ??勞動教育??During the home-schooling period, the children participated in labor practice under the initiative of Mrs. Wang Xiaoxia. For example, to help to sort out the stored vegetables, participate in making food, undertake housework, show filial piety, do some homemade planting, and small inventions, etc. Through these practical operations that are closely related to life and within their power, children's growth will be closely linked with life, with creativity activated, vitality awakened.They will gradually understand that a happy life is based on hard work.疫情居家學(xué)習(xí)期間，在王曉俠主任的倡導(dǎo)下，孩子們參與到勞動實(shí)踐中來。比如，幫忙歸類整理家中囤菜，參與制作美食，承擔(dān)家務(wù)，日行一孝，培育農(nóng)作物，小制作，小發(fā)明等。通過這些與生活密切相關(guān)而又力所能及的實(shí)踐操作，孩子們的成長也就與生活緊密相融，他們的創(chuàng)造力被激活，生命力被喚醒，也漸漸懂得幸福生活是基于辛勤勞動之上的道理。 2. Diversified Evaluation. ??多樣化評價(jià)方式??Uphold the "Cultivate For Nine Years,Harvest For A Lifetime " in our school's education idea, the English teachers design a series of cultural activities, realize the diversity of students’ growing evaluation, pay attention to process evaluation, narrow paper examination evaluation scale, aiming at improving the authenticity of evaluation. 秉持我?！皾櫽拍?涵養(yǎng)一生”的育人理念,英語老師以“崇生·尚美”的課程理念為指引,從“人與自我、人與他人、人與自然、人與社會”四個(gè)維度設(shè)計(jì)了一系列人文活動,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生成長信息的多元化,注重過程性評價(jià),縮小單一的紙質(zhì)考試評價(jià)比例。這對于保障學(xué)生評價(jià)的真實(shí)性具有積極的意義。 3. Layered Job Design. ??合理的作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)??Reasonable homework design is not a simple repetition and consolidation of knowledge in class, but an independent exploration activity. In the process of finishing homework, students need to look up materials and seriously verify to express scientifically and observe insightfully. Therefore, real task-driven will help students form good thinking and learning habits while learning language and developing language skills as well. 合理的作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)不是課內(nèi)知識的簡單重復(fù)和鞏固，而是一次獨(dú)立自主的探索活動。完成課后作業(yè)的過程，學(xué)生需要查閱資料，認(rèn)真求證，科學(xué)表述，觀察和感悟生活。因此，真實(shí)的任務(wù)驅(qū)動會幫助學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)語言知識、發(fā)展語言技能的同時(shí)，形成良好的思維和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。 4.Make English Reading A Habit. ??讓閱讀成為習(xí)慣??In order to ensure the total amount of students' extracurricular reading and realize the pragmatic function of English teaching, the Sixth Year Foreign Language staff offer extracurricular reading courses from the beginning. We share the books the children read with each other through PPT or group performance, As a little immature it is, we have taken the first step!After more than two months of studying at home, the children can still keep the habit of reading after class. In the process of reading, they can establish English thinking mode, cultivate reading ability, understand cultural differences and expand their international vision.讓英語閱讀成為一種習(xí)慣。六年外語組從起始階段開設(shè)課外閱讀課程，旨在保證學(xué)生的課外閱讀總量，提升閱讀語用功能。我們把孩子們閱讀的書籍通過PPT或小組表演的方式相互分享。在居家學(xué)習(xí)這段日子，孩子們?nèi)阅軋?jiān)持課外閱讀，在閱讀中汲取智慧，了解文化差異，拓展視野。 Believe in our "belief ", and insist on our "insistence".Down to earth, up to the sky, we fully believe that our students can obtain the ability to adapt to the future development of the correct values, making English learning a lifelong benefit, to be all-round development of socialist builders and successors!相信我們的“相信”,堅(jiān)持我們的“堅(jiān)持”。腳踏實(shí)地、仰望天空，逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生適應(yīng)未來發(fā)展的正確價(jià)值觀、必備品格和關(guān)鍵能力,讓英語學(xué)習(xí)成為終身技能,培養(yǎng)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的社會主義建設(shè)者和接班人!
