Leaders, teachers and students from Wuhan No. 4 Junior High School and Yi Jiadun Primary School, which are the two union members of International Understanding Education in Qiaokou District, also joined the celebration. Wang Wei, director of the Personnel Department of Qiaokou District Education Bureau, took part in the whole event. </span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">首先，武漢市硚口區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)校長呂敬東和新西蘭Oropi學(xué)校校長Andrew King致辭，互相表達(dá)了對友好學(xué)校師生的想念與祝福。</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">To begin with, Headmaster Lv and Andrew King of two sister schools addressed each other, expressing their thoughts and best wishes to teachers and students. </span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">接著，硚口區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了<span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">英語劇《花木蘭》</span>和<span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">國粹京劇《京劇臉譜》</span>的表演，學(xué)生聲情并茂的英語對白、京劇演員的唱念做打，贏得Oropi學(xué)校師生的陣陣掌聲。</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">Later, the pupils of the Qiaokou Experimental Primary School presented an English play “Mulan” and a Chinese quintessential show “Peking Opera Facial Makeup”, winning applause from the Oropi school’s teachers and students for their touching dialogues and Peking Opera performers’ singing, speech, acting and martial arts. </span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">Oropi學(xué)校的學(xué)生給我們帶來了傳統(tǒng)的<span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">哈卡戰(zhàn)舞表演</span>，我校師生被他們的專注和熱情感染，不停地鼓掌點(diǎn)贊。</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="color: rgb(128, 128, 128);">The students of Oropi School performed a Haka. Students from Wuhan No.4 Junior High School, Qiaokou Experimental Primary School and Yi Jiadun Primary School would send their paintings, calligraphy and other works to Oropi School in June as holiday gifts. Ms. Emma Norton from Oropi School commented: “This online activity is very exciting. Chinese children’s excellent performance and vivid English drama, not only make our students feel novel, but also feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
