<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 2016年3月，我離開了工作了兩年的上海老年大學(xué)，走進(jìn)了另一個(gè)姓“教”的單位——上海市老教授協(xié)會(huì)，雖然它屬于體制外的社會(huì)團(tuán)體，但畢竟延續(xù)了我的教育人生。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 以前，我對上海市老教授協(xié)會(huì)并不了解。有一段時(shí)間，協(xié)會(huì)在南塘浜路117號(hào)上海老年大學(xué)C樓的二層辦公，我工作的研究室就在三層，樓上樓下，走過路過，少有往來。2016年初，馬德秀接替王生洪成為會(huì)長，不久，協(xié)會(huì)遷至上海交大浩然高科技大廈辦公。我家離學(xué)校不遠(yuǎn)，就去協(xié)會(huì)當(dāng)了一名志愿者。協(xié)會(huì)章程規(guī)定，會(huì)員是本市高校中55周歲并具有副高級職稱以上的正副教授，也包括具有相應(yīng)職務(wù)的資深教育工作者，我符合后一條，長期在教育系統(tǒng)工作，與協(xié)會(huì)的新老會(huì)長、各高校的協(xié)會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)人及秘書長都很熟，這是一種緣分，對我從事這項(xiàng)工作創(chuàng)造了有利的條件。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 上海市老教協(xié)成立于2006年，作為一個(gè)專業(yè)性的非盈利性的社會(huì)組織，共有會(huì)員1萬多人。它也是中國老教授協(xié)會(huì)的團(tuán)體會(huì)員。協(xié)會(huì)的宗旨是：組織和教育會(huì)員擁護(hù)中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則，堅(jiān)持改革開放，遵守國家的法律、法規(guī)和政策，遵守社會(huì)道德風(fēng)尚，發(fā)揮老教授的智力優(yōu)勢和專業(yè)特長，為科教興國、人才強(qiáng)國和實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興作貢獻(xiàn)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 2016年3月到2018年11月，我在上海市老教協(xié)擔(dān)任副秘書長，度過了一段愉快而充實(shí)的時(shí)光。除了日常工作外，印象最深的是做了幾件有意義的事：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><i> 一是參與北京光彩老年大學(xué)的課題研究</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 剛?cè)ゲ痪茫弥本┕獠世夏昊饡?huì)準(zhǔn)備創(chuàng)辦一所服務(wù)于“老教授、老專家、老干部”，辦學(xué)理念、模式、運(yùn)作方法不同于傳統(tǒng)的老年大學(xué)，協(xié)會(huì)接受委托，組織力量開展調(diào)查論證，由常務(wù)副會(huì)長兼秘書長湯傳明領(lǐng)銜，組成了6人課題組。在近半年的時(shí)間里，課題組多次開會(huì)專題研討，潛心寫作并五易其稿，最終形成了近2萬字的“北京光彩老年大學(xué)功能定位的研究與探索”課題的可行性報(bào)告。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;"><i> 二是參與籌備上海市老教授協(xié)會(huì)第三次代表大會(huì)</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 協(xié)會(huì)從2016年下半年開始，就把召開第三次代表大會(huì)與換屆工作作為重點(diǎn)，列上工作日程。在接下來將近一年的時(shí)間里，在會(huì)長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，協(xié)會(huì)組織力量，著手會(huì)議的有關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作。由于大部分同志都有機(jī)關(guān)(高校)的工作經(jīng)歷和豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，所以籌備會(huì)議、起草文件等，都駕輕就熟、得心應(yīng)手，特別是總結(jié)近四年來的協(xié)會(huì)工作，起草理事會(huì)的工作報(bào)告，廣泛聽取意見幾易其稿，有條不紊，進(jìn)展順利。對換屆人選也做了周密的醞釀，并征求了有關(guān)高校黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意見，為市管干部兼職與協(xié)會(huì)換屆選舉鋪平了道路。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 2017年6月30日，上海市老教授協(xié)會(huì)第三次代表大會(huì)在上海交大包兆龍圖書館隆重召開，中國老教授協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長徐錫安與上海市副市長翁鐵慧到會(huì)祝賀，馬德秀代表上屆理事會(huì)做工作報(bào)告。大會(huì)選舉產(chǎn)生了新一屆理事會(huì)以及相關(guān)的工作班子，明確了職責(zé)范圍及工作分工，并對協(xié)會(huì)下一步的工作提出了目標(biāo)和要求。我被選為協(xié)會(huì)的法人代表，一年后因工作需要不再擔(dān)任?？吹脚c會(huì)者胸佩代表證、在包圖門前的巨大背景墻上簽名留念，我深感自己的辛勞付出都是值得的。有詩為記：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><i> 三是參與幫扶河南固始革命老區(qū)教育發(fā)展項(xiàng)目</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 為推進(jìn)和落實(shí)這項(xiàng)工作，2016年7月中旬，協(xié)會(huì)組團(tuán)前往固始縣實(shí)地考察，了解實(shí)際需求。接著，成立了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，專門協(xié)調(diào)和推進(jìn)教育幫扶工作，隨后又召開了各高校協(xié)會(huì)秘書長專題會(huì)議，發(fā)起籌建上海市老教授協(xié)會(huì)百人講師團(tuán)，這些都為該項(xiàng)目5年可持續(xù)的發(fā)展奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 同年8月10日，“上海市老教授協(xié)會(huì)幫扶固始革命老區(qū)教育發(fā)展項(xiàng)目舉行啟動(dòng)儀式，雙方簽署協(xié)議，以2016年8月至2020年8月的5年為限，由市協(xié)會(huì)派員對固始縣1.3萬名中小學(xué)的校(園)長、班主任、任課教師進(jìn)行全方位培訓(xùn)?！吧虾Ｊ欣辖淌趨f(xié)會(huì)百人講師團(tuán)”同時(shí)宣告成立。我有幸親歷了這項(xiàng)工作的全過程，從先期參加考察，到2018年9月16日最后一次陪同徐方瞿老師去講課，兩年多時(shí)間里，我十赴固始，行程兩萬五千里，與固始的很多老師、同行結(jié)下了真誠的友誼，也給我的晚年生活留下了美好的記憶。能為服務(wù)國家精準(zhǔn)扶貧戰(zhàn)略、支援固始教育事業(yè)發(fā)展出點(diǎn)力，自己深感欣慰。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"><i> 四是參與組織上海老教授先進(jìn)的評選表彰</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 在籌備召開協(xié)會(huì)第三次代表大會(huì)和換屆的同時(shí)，兩年一度的評選表彰先進(jìn)也在緊鑼密鼓地進(jìn)行。2015-2016年間，市協(xié)會(huì)與各高校老教授協(xié)會(huì)堅(jiān)持服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、服務(wù)文化繁榮、服務(wù)社會(huì)和諧的宗旨，團(tuán)結(jié)廣大會(huì)員，依靠工作團(tuán)隊(duì)，踐行老有所學(xué)，拓展老有所為，注重老有所養(yǎng)，豐富老有所樂，取得了一定的成績，涌現(xiàn)了一批為老教授事業(yè)無私奉獻(xiàn)的先進(jìn)集體和個(gè)人。為弘揚(yáng)先進(jìn)，樹立標(biāo)桿，進(jìn)一步激發(fā)廣大會(huì)員的積極性和創(chuàng)造性，在各高校協(xié)會(huì)評選推薦的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)市老教授協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長會(huì)議研究審核，并向社會(huì)公示，決定授予復(fù)旦大學(xué)老教授協(xié)會(huì)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院分會(huì)等15個(gè)單位為“上海市老教授事業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”先進(jìn)集體，授予顧樹棠等23位同志為“上海市老教授事業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”先進(jìn)個(gè)人。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 2018年 1月8日，表彰會(huì)在上海音樂學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)廳召開，既簡樸隆重，又喜慶熱烈。馬德秀發(fā)言，贊揚(yáng)表彰活動(dòng)全方位凸顯與反映了老教授協(xié)會(huì)工作的正能量，贊揚(yáng)先進(jìn)集體的事跡多層面地展現(xiàn)了老教授們的無私奉獻(xiàn)與崇高境界，贊揚(yáng)先進(jìn)個(gè)人的事跡體現(xiàn)了不忘初心的長者風(fēng)范、開拓創(chuàng)新的文化情懷和追求探索的高尚精神。我親歷了評選表彰工作的全過程，也是一次學(xué)習(xí)和提高。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;"><i> 五是參與協(xié)會(huì)網(wǎng)站、會(huì)刊的編輯工作</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 作為“上海老教授”編輯部的負(fù)責(zé)人，我對網(wǎng)站與會(huì)刊一直牽掛于心，不敢懈怠。尤其是全年四期的會(huì)刊“上海老教授”，出刋周期長，版面又有限，為了把握正確的政治方向、輿論導(dǎo)向和價(jià)值取向，在辦好重點(diǎn)欄目的基礎(chǔ)上，力求內(nèi)容更充實(shí)、文字更簡潔、版面更活躍、信息量更大、可讀性更強(qiáng)，我經(jīng)常與責(zé)任編輯（以前是蘇欣良、任廣耀，現(xiàn)在是顧國柱、陳重業(yè)）溝通、商量與交流。隨著微信公眾號(hào)的使用，如何適應(yīng)新媒體時(shí)代發(fā)展的趨勢，使會(huì)刊、網(wǎng)站、微信公眾號(hào)密切配合，信息分流，優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)，資源共享，使信息宣傳工作富有特色，擴(kuò)大影響，積極展示上海老教授的嶄新風(fēng)貌，及時(shí)反映他們的利益訴求與輿情民意，接地氣，補(bǔ)短板，提供精準(zhǔn)服務(wù)，為黨和人民事業(yè)增添正能量，成為老教授們的良師益友，都需要我不斷的學(xué)習(xí)、思考和探索。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;">我為網(wǎng)站撰寫的短文：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"><i> 服務(wù)老教授 要有新作為</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 一年一度的上海市老教授協(xié)會(huì)敬老節(jié)咨詢活動(dòng)已經(jīng)落下帷幕。今年的咨詢活動(dòng)借著黨的十九大勝利召開的東風(fēng)，堅(jiān)持為老教授服務(wù)的宗旨，創(chuàng)新形式，豐富內(nèi)容，提升品位，可圈可點(diǎn)。各校老教授協(xié)會(huì)也結(jié)合尊老愛老的主題和學(xué)校工作的實(shí)際，組織開展了一系列豐富多彩的活動(dòng)，協(xié)會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)走訪慰問年事已高或身患疾病的會(huì)員，為有困難的會(huì)員送去一份溫暖與關(guān)愛，體現(xiàn)了協(xié)會(huì)的親和力和凝聚力，受到了廣大老教授的一致好評。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 咨詢活動(dòng)雖然結(jié)束了，但為老教授服務(wù)是協(xié)會(huì)的主題，應(yīng)貫穿協(xié)會(huì)工作的始終。作為服務(wù)老教授的平臺(tái)，上海老教授服務(wù)網(wǎng)不受時(shí)間、名額、場地的限制，全年365天可為廣大老教授提供便捷、有效的服務(wù)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 18px;"> 習(xí)近平同志在十九大報(bào)告中指出，“要抓住人民最關(guān)心最直接最現(xiàn)實(shí)的利益問題，既盡力而為，又量力而行，一件事情接著一件事情辦，一年接著一年干。使人民獲得感、幸福感、安全感更加充實(shí)、更有保障、更可持續(xù)”，“要構(gòu)建養(yǎng)老、孝老、敬老政策體系和社會(huì)環(huán)境，推進(jìn)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合，加快老齡事業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?！? 這為做好服務(wù)老教授的工作指明了方向。我們要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十九大精神，在學(xué)懂弄通做實(shí)下功夫，堅(jiān)持政治站位和文化引領(lǐng)，堅(jiān)持問題導(dǎo)向和需求導(dǎo)向，團(tuán)結(jié)廣大會(huì)員，依靠工作團(tuán)隊(duì)，既盡力而為，又量力而行，把服務(wù)老教授的工作做得更好，為打造溫馨的老教授家園做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px;
