<p class="ql-block">早上俺又把室友們叫醒“七點(diǎn)鐘了，起床收拾行李了”。不半七點(diǎn)半就開(kāi)往機(jī)場(chǎng)方向，先要還出租車(chē)。</p><p class="ql-block">本以為還車(chē)很快，一交車(chē)鑰匙就完事了。只見(jiàn)賈領(lǐng)隊(duì)在和工作人員支支吾吾地講半天，俺讓王教授過(guò)去看看啥情況。一會(huì)兒王教授過(guò)來(lái)說(shuō)“工作人員說(shuō)我們新?lián)Q的輪胎不對(duì)，要另外收$750美元”，“What? 你去幫助老假辨理，他嘴笨?！眰z人在和工作人員理論來(lái)理論去，俺和梅老板在一旁小聲地抱怨說(shuō)“找的專業(yè)人員換得輪胎，難道專業(yè)人員沒(méi)有check the number ，太不專業(yè)了”。等王教授再次回到我們身邊時(shí)，我們把疑問(wèn)講給她聽(tīng)，她跑到外面仔細(xì)看新輪胎上的數(shù)字，“The number in the new tire is the same as other tires “, 她告訴工作人員，工作人員卻說(shuō)“The patter of the new tire isn’t the same as the old tires “。TNND, “從末聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)輪胎上的紋路要一模一樣，欲加之罪何患無(wú)詞”。</p><p class="ql-block">“Where we can get the exactly same tire?” 假領(lǐng)隊(duì)問(wèn)。</p><p class="ql-block">“We need to order from the car manufacturer，but if you buy the insurance from us, you can replace the flat tire by any brand. “</p><p class="ql-block">從末聽(tīng)說(shuō)過(guò)如此荒唐的條款。既然有這樣特殊的要求，為什么不在租車(chē)合同上寫(xiě)明？不就是挖個(gè)大坑讓顧客們掉下去，再訛詐嗎？</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">因要趕飛機(jī)，無(wú)時(shí)間再和工作人員理論，只能交錢(qián)走人，自認(rèn)倒霉。</p><p class="ql-block">在坐巴士往機(jī)場(chǎng)趕時(shí)，俺們還在為此事生氣，你一言我一語(yǔ)地議論著。</p><p class="ql-block">“已經(jīng)跑了二十萬(wàn)公里的破車(chē)還好意思出租，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不壞就是我們的幸運(yùn)了”俺憤憤地說(shuō)。</p><p class="ql-block">假領(lǐng)隊(duì)嘆氣地說(shuō)“這個(gè)租車(chē)公司挑戰(zhàn)了我們的認(rèn)知極限”。</p><p class="ql-block">梅老板安慰他說(shuō)“自認(rèn)倒霉吧，誰(shuí)讓我們的車(chē)胎爆了”。接著又說(shuō)“第一天和最后一天的不愉快都和這個(gè)出租車(chē)公司有關(guān)，以后到國(guó)外旅游，一定要找美國(guó)的出租車(chē)公司，即使有事回去還可以繼續(xù)理論”。</p><p class="ql-block">到達(dá)機(jī)場(chǎng)后排隊(duì)check in, 居然還被面試。</p><p class="ql-block">“What you like most about Iceland “, my answer “the nature view “</p><p class="ql-block">“What you don’t like?” I answered “bad service”.</p><p class="ql-block">面試的小姐馬上了解詳情，俺又一通抱怨，知道給她講也是白講，但心里的氣還是要發(fā)出來(lái)的。</p><p class="ql-block">梅老板對(duì)冰島的印象不好，認(rèn)真地說(shuō)“這破地方再也不會(huì)來(lái)了”。</p><p class="ql-block">“Once is enough “, 但俺想的是“世界那么大，想去更多的國(guó)家”。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">原以為我們己經(jīng)“自認(rèn)倒霉了”，買(mǎi)了全保還被惡詐$750美元，但惡夢(mèng)還在繼續(xù)，回美第二天就收到郵件“</p><p class="ql-block">The damage cost evaluation for the Front right tire and rim that was damaged has a final cost of 1.061,43€, VAT 24% included. That is the final cost of the damage from the repair shop that conducted the damage evaluation. ”</p><p class="ql-block">一個(gè)輪胎居然要收我們 $1024美金，這不是搶錢(qián)嗎？俗話說(shuō)“君子愛(ài)財(cái) 取之有道” ，但被這家公司的生財(cái)之道驚傻了。</p><p class="ql-block">當(dāng)天爆胎時(shí)，國(guó)家公園的工作人員幫我們打電話給這家出租車(chē)公司，被它推薦到專業(yè)的修車(chē)行換了新輪胎。修車(chē)行的小伙子沒(méi)讓我們填寫(xiě)任何信息，說(shuō)“it’s done. We are dealing with your insurance company “. </p><p class="ql-block">也不知道出租車(chē)公司玩了什么貓膩，我們不知不覺(jué)就掉進(jìn)陷阱里，想爬出陷阱，要花時(shí)間和精力去和這家品質(zhì)惡劣的公司進(jìn)行斗爭(zhēng)。</p><p class="ql-block">租車(chē)的糟心事破壞了對(duì)冰島的好印象，好比一粒老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥。心平氣和地講，我們的整個(gè)旅程是愉快的，天天飽賞美景。又是第一次體驗(yàn)到guesthouse or hostels, 過(guò)著集體的生活，又說(shuō)又笑又爭(zhēng)吵，好像又回到了大學(xué)時(shí)代。</p><p class="ql-block">旅行就是各種體驗(yàn)，即使是不愉快的經(jīng)歷也會(huì)從中吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。俺想做個(gè)寫(xiě)故事講故事的人，最怕沒(méi)有故事發(fā)生。所有的故事都是人生中的小插曲小片段，把所有的插曲和片段用時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)穿插起來(lái)，不就是一場(chǎng)喜劇中有點(diǎn)悲傷的舞臺(tái)劇嗎？</p>
