<p class="ql-block"> <b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">本次八年級(jí)組組長(zhǎng)班主任例會(huì)，由年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)關(guān)永利老師主持。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 參會(huì)人員：孫學(xué)文副校長(zhǎng)、政教處水西安主任、八年級(jí)四個(gè)班班主任共同參加。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)關(guān)老師針對(duì)本次例會(huì)做出具體安排：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（1）各班情況匯總</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（2）針對(duì)個(gè)別問(wèn)題具體分析</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（3）孫副校長(zhǎng)對(duì)八年級(jí)組班主任工作提出期許和具體要求</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（4）總結(jié)本次例會(huì)內(nèi)容，并提出下次會(huì)議的主題</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 為促進(jìn)班主任班級(jí)管理水平的提升，充分發(fā)揮班主任在學(xué)校教育和管理工作中的重要作用，孫副校長(zhǎng)參加八年級(jí)年級(jí)組班主任例會(huì)。提出具體要求： </b><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);">一、 疫情防控：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);">（1）及時(shí)關(guān)注班主任群上的相關(guān)通知，及時(shí)上報(bào)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)；班級(jí)或年級(jí)如出現(xiàn)B類C類密接情況，請(qǐng)年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)第一時(shí)間向校醫(yī)和孫校長(zhǎng)雙報(bào)告。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);">（2）如有核酸檢測(cè)，一定提前通知家長(zhǎng)配合社區(qū)學(xué)校完成核酸檢測(cè)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);">?（3）不斷提醒學(xué)生上放學(xué)路上帶好口罩做好防護(hù)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">二、常規(guī)方面：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（1）班主任每天的三查兩到位。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（2）每天的晨午檢和缺勤追蹤。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（3）全校每天的早操情況反饋。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（4）學(xué)生在校的紀(jì)律要求還要加強(qiáng)，比如：言語(yǔ)文明、課間活動(dòng)紀(jì)律、手機(jī)管理、午間靜校、自習(xí)課紀(jì)律等等。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">三、以身作則，智慧育人</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">（1）按時(shí)按點(diǎn)上下班，多學(xué)多問(wèn)勤思考。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">（2）班級(jí)情況要掌握，心中有數(shù)不難受。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">（3）勤于記錄，善于總結(jié)。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 政教處水主任對(duì)當(dāng)下就餐出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了細(xì)致安排：要求各位班主任針對(duì)中午留校生管理，要有明確要求，建立健全中午留校管理制度:</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">①抬飯時(shí)，飯箱不準(zhǔn)中途打開(kāi)讓學(xué)生私取飯菜;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">②在教室分餐時(shí)，必須排隊(duì)，秩序井然，由專人將飯菜逐一發(fā)到每個(gè)學(xué)生手中，嚴(yán)禁學(xué)生一擁而上瘋搶飯食，更不允許多拿私占;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">③學(xué)生只能在教室自己座位就餐，不允許將飯食帶出教室在學(xué)校操場(chǎng)等其他場(chǎng)所聚集就餐，如有到食堂添飯者，添完飯必須第一時(shí)間返回教室就餐，決不允許在外逗留就餐;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">④進(jìn)餐完畢后的廢棄餐具必須在教室由管理員負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)一清點(diǎn)、回收，統(tǒng)一交至指定地點(diǎn)處理，嚴(yán)禁將廢棄餐具在園校隨意丟棄。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 班主任代表馬咪雪老師發(fā)言：闡明班級(jí)面臨的具體問(wèn)題。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 針對(duì)班級(jí)出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題，孫學(xué)文副校長(zhǎng)以及年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)關(guān)老師給出具體化建議以及有效的處理方法，并提倡班主任利用閑暇時(shí)間相互交流互相學(xué)習(xí)，多問(wèn)多學(xué)互幫互助，共建穩(wěn)定上進(jìn)的年級(jí)組。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b> </b><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)關(guān)老師總結(jié)本次會(huì)議并提出提出具體要求：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);">（1）平常心——默默進(jìn)取</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);"> 教師要有平常心，細(xì)致入微幫助學(xué)生慢慢進(jìn)步。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">（2）言傳身教——潛移默化</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 嚴(yán)以律己，寬以待人。要求學(xué)生要做到的事情，自己要先做到，以身作側(cè)才能更好的管理學(xué)生。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">（3）后進(jìn)生——轉(zhuǎn)化</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 抓住中間力量，幫助中間學(xué)生快速成長(zhǎng)，查漏補(bǔ)缺讓幫助每一個(gè)學(xué)生不斷進(jìn)步，縮小成績(jī)差異。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187);">（4）重點(diǎn)防控問(wèn)題學(xué)生——維穩(wěn)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 特殊學(xué)生關(guān)心關(guān)愛(ài)，盡量做到德育發(fā)展。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"> 此次會(huì)議大家暢所欲言，效果極佳。</p><p class="ql-block"> </p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">撰寫編輯：武鳳玲</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">審 核：關(guān)永利</b></p>
