color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> </b><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">呂振羽</b><b style="font-size:18px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">（1900—1980）</b><b style="font-size:18px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">湖南邵陽縣人（原屬武岡縣）中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士，馬克思主義歷史學(xué)家，人民教育學(xué)家，塘田戰(zhàn)時(shí)講學(xué)院創(chuàng)辦人。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"> ▲ 塘田戰(zhàn)時(shí)講學(xué)院，位于湖南省邵陽縣塘田市鎮(zhèn)夷江對(duì)岸，創(chuàng)辦于1938年6月至1939年，當(dāng)時(shí)屬于武岡州塘田市，后變遷為邵陽縣。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:15px;"> ▲</b><b>姜志敏老局長(zhǎng)，91歲高齡，每次黨日學(xué)習(xí)和組織活動(dòng)，從不缺席。他行動(dòng)不便，就由兒女陪同，專車護(hù)送。姜老是局機(jī)關(guān)，建黨百年“光榮在黨50年”紀(jì)念章獲得者之一，他用自己的行動(dòng)見證了自已的無悔初心。</b><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:18px;">李竹青?。</b><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1); font-size:15px;">1928年，宛旦平在上海從事黨的地下工作，受組織派遣前往廣西協(xié)助鄧小平創(chuàng)建紅色根據(jù)地，他攜新婚之妻離滬返梓。翌日清晨，旦平含淚告別父母和愛妻，踏上新的征程，這一去，十余年音訊杳滅。竹青空房獨(dú)守，寒舍孤黑。1964年接到遲來的烈士證書，方知夫君在1930年3月20日，為掩護(hù)部隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)移捐軀南疆。為彰顯竹青女士忠愛夫君之貞節(jié)大德，在旦平犧牲90周年之際，上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和村民謹(jǐn)擇斯地，建亭延脈，垂范后昆。以紀(jì)念宛旦平烈士南疆灑熱血，竹青女士之婦德和大義。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;
