<p class="ql-block">金秋時節(jié)，天高氣爽。今天是重陽節(jié)，農歷九月初九。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">“九九”重陽是怎么來的？重陽節(jié)為什么要登高？這一天還有哪些傳統(tǒng)習俗？今天就一起來看看吧</p><p class="ql-block">~</p><p class="ql-block">When clear and refreshing autumn arrives and chrysanthemums envelope the world, it's time for the Chinese Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival, which is celebrated on the ninth day of the ninth month in the Chinese lunar calendar, and falls on October 4th this year.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">“九”數(shù)在《易經》中為陽數(shù)，“九九”兩陽數(shù)相重，故曰：“重陽”。九九歸真，一元肇始，古人認為九九重陽是吉祥的日子。古時民間在重陽節(jié)有登高祈福、秋游賞菊、佩戴茱萸及飲宴祈壽等習俗。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">“九”在數(shù)字也是最大數(shù)，又是久長久遠的諧音，因此九上又九、九九重陽，含有長長久久、長壽尊貴的隱喻在里面。傳承至今，又添加了敬老等內涵，于重陽之日享宴高會，感恩敬老。</p><p class="ql-block">The festival is based on the theory of yin and yang that forms the basis for the ancient Chinese worldview. Yin represents the elements of darkness and yang represents brightness. Even numbers belong to yin and odd numbers are yang. The ninth day of the ninth lunar month is a day when the two yang numbers meet, so it is called Double Ninth, chongyang in Chinese.</p><p class="ql-block">In Chinese folklore, the number nine is the largest number - it's a homonym to the Chinese word jiu, which contains the auspicious meaning of "a long and healthy life". It has long been a day for Chinese to show care, love and respect to the elderly. </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">登高辭青</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">重陽節(jié)之所以要登高，是因為古人認為在這天登高可以躲避災禍，同時還有登高祈福（to climb mountains to pray for good luck）的說法。重陽登高習俗源于此時的氣候特點以及古人對山岳的崇拜。登高“辭青”也是源于大自然中的節(jié)氣，重陽節(jié)登山“辭青”與古人在陽春三月春游“踏青”相對應。如今，重陽節(jié)已經成為和家人朋友一同出游，共賞秋景的好時節(jié)。</p><p class="ql-block">Ancient people believed in climbing the mountains to avoid disaster with the whole family climbing as high as possible to be healthy and stay safe from the plague.</p><p class="ql-block">Today, it's a great opportunity to join friends and relatives and enjoy the fall scenes.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">賞菊飲酒</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">此時的菊花，盛放傲人驕姿，獨攬?zhí)斓厍镆?，重陽?jié)也是一個賞菊的節(jié)日。菊花被認為具有君子之風。人們重陽賞菊，賞的也是一份高潔淡雅的君子風范。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">菊花含有養(yǎng)生成分，晉代葛洪《抱樸子》有南陽山中人家飲用遍生菊花的甘谷水而益壽的記載。重陽佳節(jié)飲菊花酒，是中國的傳統(tǒng)習俗。菊花酒在古代被看作是重陽必飲、祛災祈福的“吉祥酒”。</p><p class="ql-block">In ancient times, people also would admire the beauty of chrysanthemums and drink wine on the day. The ninth lunar month is the time when chrysanthemums are in full bloom, and chrysanthemums symbolize longevity. So every year at the festival, people pick fresh chrysanthemums to make chrysanthemum wine. The ancients regarded it as auspicious wine for clearing away heat, detoxifying and prolonging life. </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">佩戴茱萸</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">古代還風行九九插茱萸的習俗，所以又叫做茱萸節(jié)。茱萸入藥，可制酒養(yǎng)身祛病。插茱萸和簪菊花在唐代就已經很普遍。茱萸香味濃，有驅蟲去濕、逐風邪的作用，并能消積食，治寒熱。民間還認為佩帶茱萸可以辟邪求吉。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">Cornel, famous in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is widely planted in the north and south of China.
