<p class="ql-block">Love, is such a wonderful feeling !</p><p class="ql-block">愛(ài)，是多么美好的情感！</p> <p class="ql-block">It would be nice to see it with our eyes, hear it with our ears, touch it with our hands and feel it with our hearts. In many ways, love is like a waterfall. </p><p class="ql-block">倘若我們能看見(jiàn)它，聽(tīng)到它，觸摸到它，感受到它，該多好！在很多方面，愛(ài)，就像瀑布一樣。</p> <p class="ql-block">Waterfall occurs when there is a gradient . The higher the waterfall, the more powerful it becomes . </p><p class="ql-block">瀑布之所以產(chǎn)生，是因?yàn)橛新洳?。落差越大，瀑布的威力越大?lt;/p> <p class="ql-block">Love has a gradient as well. The more love is given , the more powerful it becomes. We need love in all aspects of life and always desire more . </p><p class="ql-block">愛(ài)也有落差。給予的愛(ài)越多，愛(ài)的力量就越大。</p> <p class="ql-block">Our need for love can never be fully satisfied because we have limits in our abilities , capacities, time and resources to love . </p><p class="ql-block">我們對(duì)愛(ài)的需求永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)得到滿(mǎn)足，因?yàn)槲覀兪怯邢薜模覀兊哪芰?、體力、時(shí)間和資源都非常有限，所以不可能無(wú)限制地去愛(ài)別人。</p> <p class="ql-block">But there is love that is higher and greater than all of our love combined. This love is from the heaven above pouring down to the earth like a waterfall. This is God’s unconditional love. Such love is beyond our comprehension. </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">但有一種愛(ài)比人類(lèi)所有愛(ài)的總和還要更高,更宏大。這種愛(ài)，從天上豐豐滿(mǎn)滿(mǎn)地充盈于地上，這就是神的無(wú)條件的愛(ài)。這樣的愛(ài)，是我們難以理解和想象的。</p> <p class="ql-block">The power of a waterfall also depends on their width and the amount of the water flowing . This crevice ofGullfoss is about 66 feet , and 1.6 mile in length , extends perpendicular to the flow of the river . The average amount of water running down the waterfall is 5000 cubic feet per second in the summer and 2800 cubic feet per second in the winter . </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">瀑布的威力還取決于它的寬度和水量。這一條巨大的裂隙是在冰島的Gullfoss, 寬有66英尺長(zhǎng)1.6英里。平均水量在夏季的時(shí)候是每秒5000個(gè)立方尺，在冬天的時(shí)候也有2800立方尺。</p> <p class="ql-block">The scope of our live reaches is small and imperfect. It’s blessing permeate all forms of life on earth . </p><p class="ql-block">但從天上而來(lái)的愛(ài)是完美的，是無(wú)所不能的，他的祝福充滿(mǎn)于地球上每一個(gè)生命之中。</p> <p class="ql-block">How great is God’s love! “For great is your love, higher than the heavens ; your faithfulness reaches to the skies .” (Psalm 104:8) </p><p class="ql-block">嗯啊，神的愛(ài)是何等的高深詩(shī)篇104首第8 節(jié)說(shuō)，“你的愛(ài)是何等的高，比天還要高，你的信實(shí)是何等的廣大，直達(dá)穹蒼?！?lt;/p> <p class="ql-block">Waterfall is good and essential. It is a source of provision for all forms of life. </p><p class="ql-block">瀑布是好的，美的，也是必要的。水是生命的一個(gè)重要組成部分。</p> <p class="ql-block">Our love is good and is always meant for the best interests of others . But oftentimes our love is mixed with other emotion that are neither good nor kind . </p><p class="ql-block">我們的愛(ài)也是美好的，總是為了他人的益處。但是我們的愛(ài)也是不完美的，很多時(shí)候還夾有其他不健康的、不好的成分。</p> <p class="ql-block">But God’s love is always good and kind! He created the universe in love, and governs the world in love . He even gave his only son to die for the sinners , that whoever believes in him will never perish but have eternal life !</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">但是神的愛(ài)永遠(yuǎn)是美善的。他創(chuàng)造天地的時(shí)候，是因?yàn)樗膼?ài)。他現(xiàn)在在主管這個(gè)世界的時(shí)候也是因?yàn)樗膼?ài)。他甚至賜給他的獨(dú)生兒子耶穌基督來(lái)到世界上，為了罪人的緣故死在十字架上，使得每個(gè)相信他的人，不至于滅亡反得永生。</p> <p class="ql-block">Waterfalls are not self-seeking : they never ask for return . They will continue to flow despite the bottom does not give back the water. </p><p class="ql-block">瀑布的流動(dòng)并不是自私的。它們只管流，從來(lái)沒(méi)有想到過(guò)要下面的巖石給回水分，或者是饋贈(zèng)給它們。</p> <p class="ql-block">Our love is often self-seeking. We expect love in return . </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">但是我們的愛(ài)是自私的，我們給出愛(ài)的時(shí)候也會(huì)希望我們的愛(ài)有回報(bào)。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">But God’s love is not self -seeking. He gives air for all the people to breathe, water to drink and food to eat. He has never asked us to pay him back . </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">那是神的愛(ài)是無(wú)私的。他把空氣給所有的人和動(dòng)物來(lái)呼吸，給水給食物。他從來(lái)沒(méi)有叫我們回贈(zèng)于他。我們也無(wú)法報(bào)答從神那里所接受的一切恩典。</p> <p class="ql-block">Waterfalls are patient. They flow continuously day after day. </p><p class="ql-block">瀑布是持續(xù)的、它們?nèi)杖找挂沟亓?，并不止息?lt;/p> <p class="ql-block">Our love is not patient. We are moody , can get upset and angry easily . </p><p class="ql-block">我們的愛(ài)并不是忍耐的，我們常常帶有情緒，很容易生氣或者是不滿(mǎn)。</p> <p class="ql-block">But God’s love is patient . We do every day, he still gives us time and opportunities to repent.</p><p class="ql-block">但是神的愛(ài)是恒久忍耐的。我們每一天都得罪他都犯罪，但是他還給我們時(shí)間和機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)悔改。</p> <p class="ql-block">Waterfalls poor down regardless of wehether the bottom are made of rocks, pool or plants . </p><p class="ql-block">瀑布只流動(dòng)并不取決于底部是什么東西。接受瀑布的可以是石頭、水潭或者是植物、苔蘚。 瀑布并不歧視和挑選任何東西。</p> <p class="ql-block">Our love often favors one over another. We tend to live our spouse and children more than others . </p><p class="ql-block">我們的愛(ài)常常是有選擇性的。</p> <p class="ql-block">God’s love does not discriminate. He gives his blessing to all forms of life of his creation . He is the ultimate source of love . </p><p class="ql-block">但是神的愛(ài)拼不偏待任何人。祂對(duì)所有的生物都給祝福。祂就是愛(ài)的最終泉源。</p> <p class="ql-block">A waterfall’s surroundings are diverse. They are different in texture, size and color formed from various rocks, pebbles, trees, bushes, mosses and pools. However, they all receive the water from the grace of the waterfalls. </p><p class="ql-block">瀑布周?chē)沫h(huán)境是多樣化的。它們可以有不同的質(zhì)地，不同的大小和形狀，不同的顏色，它們可以是石頭，小石子，樹(shù)木，灌木，苔蘚，和水潭。但是所有的這些環(huán)境都從瀑布的那里得到了水。</p> <p class="ql-block">If moss had emotion , they would not envy other mosses that receive more water. They would be too busy using whatever moisture they can get to grow !</p><p class="ql-block">如果這些苔蘚有情感，他們不會(huì)嫉妒瀑布旁邊那些比它們接受更多水分的苔蘚。它們只專(zhuān)注于生長(zhǎng)，就著一切的機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)生長(zhǎng)。</p> <p class="ql-block">So why should we be complaining about the unfairness of life or be jealous of others? Why should we not use the opportunity given to us to grow and be grateful ?</p><p class="ql-block">所以我們?yōu)槭裁幢г股畹牟还侥?？或者是嫉妒別人呢？為什么我們不能使用被賜給的機(jī)遇來(lái)成長(zhǎng)，來(lái)感恩呢？</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">If grass had feeling , they would not complain that the hey are not as pretty as the flowers . Each type of life is different . They just grow the way they are created. They would be grateful with gores. </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">如果小草也有情感，它們不會(huì)抱怨旁邊的野花更漂亮。每一種生命都是不一樣的。它們成長(zhǎng)是因?yàn)楸幻ǖ某砷L(zhǎng)規(guī)律而成長(zhǎng)。如果它們有情感的話(huà)，它們會(huì)高興地喊出來(lái)。</p> <p class="ql-block">So why should we compare ourselves with others?! There are always people who are more beautiful, talented and richer than us . We should be content and satisfied with what we have been given . </p><p class="ql-block">所以我們?yōu)槭裁匆退巳ケ饶?？在這個(gè)世界上總是有人比我們更漂亮，更聰明，更有錢(qián)。我們應(yīng)該滿(mǎn)足，因?yàn)槲覀兯邮艿倪h(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)多于我們所能付出的。</p> <p class="ql-block">If flowers had sentiment, they would not boast their beauty. They would know that without the leaves, the sun, the water and the soil, they would not be able to grow or bloom . They had received all the necessities for life, they had nothing to boast about .</p><p class="ql-block">如果野花也有情感，他們不會(huì)為了自己的美麗而沾沾自喜，他們?cè)摃?huì)知道如果沒(méi)有綠葉，如果沒(méi)有陽(yáng)光沒(méi)有水分沒(méi)有土壤，他們根本上就不可能成長(zhǎng)，也就談不上開(kāi)花了。他們已經(jīng)接受了所有的生長(zhǎng)的必要條件，所以他們沒(méi)有任何理由可以自夸。</p> <p class="ql-block">So why should we boast about our achievement or success? If we had no necessities for life, we could do nothing ! If we had no abilities to learn, or support to get education, or opportunities to work, we could achieve nothing . All our blessings are from God.</p><p class="ql-block">所以我們?yōu)槭裁礊樽约旱某删投凑醋韵材兀咳绻覀儧](méi)有取得我們成長(zhǎng)所需要的一切供應(yīng)，我們根本上就做不了什么。如果我們沒(méi)有能力去學(xué)習(xí)，沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)受教育，沒(méi)有機(jī)遇去工作，我們啥也做不了。所有的賜福都來(lái)自于神。</p> <p class="ql-block">Look at the pool at the bottom of the waterfall . It receives the water , and it lets the water overflow to bless others . It is not a black hole that sucks up all the water for itself. </p><p class="ql-block">I wish to be a pool , receiving God’s love and mercy, and let the grace overflow me to bless others. I wish to be a patch of moss, using the opportunity to grow with content . I wish to be a flower, radiating God’s glory without boasting or proud . </p><p class="ql-block">看，瀑布底下的水潭。它接受了從瀑布而來(lái)的水，，并且讓水繼續(xù)往下流來(lái)祝福其它。我很高興它不是一個(gè)黑洞，會(huì)把所有的從瀑布而來(lái)的水全都占為己有。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">我愿意成是一個(gè)水潭，讓我的福杯滿(mǎn)溢，讓神的恩典繼續(xù)通過(guò)我而流向他人。我愿意是一片苔蘚，利用得到的機(jī)會(huì)繼續(xù)成長(zhǎng)，并且每日感恩。我愿意是一朵野花，彰顯出神的榮耀但是并不驕傲自夸。</p> <p class="ql-block">What is love like ? </p><p class="ql-block">“l(fā)ove is patient , love is kind . It does not envy , it does not boast, it is not proud . It does not dishonorbothers, it is not self -seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight and n evil but rejoice with the truth . If always protects, always trust, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8)</p><p class="ql-block">愛(ài)像什么呢？</p><p class="ql-block">“愛(ài)是恒久忍耐，又有恩慈，愛(ài)是不自夸，不張狂，不做害羞的事，不求自己的益處，不容易發(fā)怒，不計(jì)算別人的惡，只喜歡真理。凡事包容，凡事相信，凡事盼望，凡事忍耐， 愛(ài)是永不止息?！?（哥林多前書(shū)13 章）</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p>
