<p class="ql-block">這一次共修安排到了老師的工作室，第一次到老師的工作室不知道從哪一個(gè)門進(jìn)，特別感謝我善良可愛的燕姐下來接我，一進(jìn)到老師的工作室，特別的干凈，整潔、明亮、溫馨、瞬間也讓人的心情舒適開朗起來……特別感恩我們敬愛的力波老師，可愛的師母，漂亮的小葛老師，為我們創(chuàng)造了這么美好的共修環(huán)境。</p> <p class="ql-block">力波老這次師給我們傳受了婚姻篇的秘決和錦囊讓我有很多的感悟和感動(dòng)，也可能是聽的太專注了回來之后有一點(diǎn)疲憊，所以緩到今天晚上才靜下來寫一下這次共修的心得。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">老師說活在愛里的秘決是看自己，看自己是可控的，看別人是不可控的，今天立馬用上了，今天母親節(jié)想借著節(jié)日來點(diǎn)儀式感跟老公說今天過節(jié)，我們能不能出去吃，老師回復(fù)了兩個(gè)字“沒空”，好吧其實(shí)明明有空。立馬想到老師說的別人不可控，自己可控，那就自己滿足自己的，出去剪了美美頭發(fā)，和兒子一起吃了美食，逛了街，深深的滿足感，不被別人束縛不被其它控制，<span style="font-size:18px;">感覺自己像風(fēng)一樣自由……</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:18px;">?</span></p> <p class="ql-block">做人要謙虛要有空間，足夠的低足夠的有空間，才能海納百川。</p> <p class="ql-block">要把“我”化成水，要靈活，隨時(shí)能調(diào)整到別人的角度看問題，他人視角都是對(duì)的，順間理解老公他不陪我吃飯?jiān)谒慕嵌仁菍?duì)的是理所應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)?，我還有什么可抱怨的呢。真正的高人是可以隨時(shí)調(diào)到和別人一個(gè)頻率的不是站的很高的覺得自己可以為人師去教育別人的那種傲慢。老師說這樣我們就不會(huì)有敵人就天下無(wú)敵了，這個(gè)能化解療愈了和別人所有的沖突和不愉快。</p><p class="ql-block">所以跟老師學(xué)習(xí)天下無(wú)敵。</p> <p class="ql-block">此外老師還講了關(guān)于幸福的秘決，關(guān)于親密關(guān)系發(fā)展的四個(gè)時(shí)期，關(guān)于如何找到愛的感覺，以及愛的五種語(yǔ)言。還有如何化解沖突的辦法順應(yīng)和同化，我就不一一分享了，等老師的錦囊妙計(jì)課出來我要買來細(xì)細(xì)聽。</p><p class="ql-block">再一次深深的感恩能遇到老師感恩能和大家在一起共修……</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:15px; color:rgb(176, 79, 187);">??See me beautiful看到我的好</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">Look for the best in me看到我的長(zhǎng)處</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">It’s what I really am這是真正的我</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">And all I want to be也是我想成為的樣子</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;"><span class="ql-cursor">?</span>It may take some time也許要花一點(diǎn)時(shí)間</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">It may be hard to find也許很難</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">But see me beautiful但請(qǐng)看到我的好吧</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">See me beautiful看到我的美</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">Each and every day每一天</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">Could you take a chance可以試試嗎？</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">Could you find a way找到那個(gè)方法</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">To see me shining through看到我的閃光點(diǎn)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">In everything I do在我做的每件事里</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(176, 79, 187); font-size:15px;">And see me beautiful看到我的好</b></p>
