class="ql-block">5月25日，我跟隨科組同事到海南華僑中學(xué)初中部聽課學(xué)習(xí)。3節(jié)英語課來自七八九三個(gè)年級(jí)，其中印象最為深刻的是第一節(jié)閱讀課。黎老師雖然才畢業(yè)兩年，文本深度解讀能力卻相當(dāng)優(yōu)秀。用what, when,how來串聯(lián)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，自然流暢。課堂上注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的高階思維，讓學(xué)生討論自己對(duì)于國(guó)外求學(xué)的看法，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注廣告文體的特點(diǎn)，整個(gè)過程扎實(shí)落實(shí)核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)。</p><p class="ql-block">反思：今后我將更多的學(xué)習(xí)如何深度解析文本，激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣，引領(lǐng)學(xué)生進(jìn)行深度學(xué)習(xí)。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">陳雪梅老師：</p><p class="ql-block">今天有幸來到海南華僑中學(xué)，觀摩了三節(jié)常規(guī)課，受益匪淺。</p><p class="ql-block">1.注重深度解讀文本，挖掘文本的邏輯順序，不能禁錮于語段順序，要多從what, how, why三個(gè)角度解析文本；</p><p class="ql-block">2.注重學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)之間的自然銜接，學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)之間的主線必不可少；</p><p class="ql-block">3.注重學(xué)生思維啟發(fā)，在學(xué)生已有知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上去引導(dǎo)，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生表達(dá)。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">鄭廈菲老師：</p><p class="ql-block">5月25日有幸到海南華僑中學(xué)西海岸校區(qū)觀摩了三節(jié)優(yōu)質(zhì)的初中英語課，通過這半天的學(xué)習(xí)收獲很大，受益匪淺。而且還讓我領(lǐng)略到了年輕英語教師的教學(xué)風(fēng)采，真是后生可畏；青年教師深厚的教學(xué)功底以及精湛的教學(xué)藝術(shù)。這其中有許多值得我學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的東西，從而也讓我從中發(fā)現(xiàn)了自身在課堂教學(xué)方面的淺薄與不足。收獲最大的一點(diǎn)是教師充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極性讓學(xué)生真正成為課堂的主人。這是新課標(biāo)的重要特點(diǎn)也是素質(zhì)教育的要求。注重學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)，及對(duì)語篇的深度挖掘更是平時(shí)教學(xué)中我所沒有真正落實(shí)到位的。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">何明勝老師：</p><p class="ql-block">他山之石，可以攻玉。今天參加海南僑中初中英語課觀摩活動(dòng)，受益匪淺。課堂呈現(xiàn)貫徹新課標(biāo)所提倡的理念。教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)合理，環(huán)節(jié)緊扣，學(xué)生主體性顯著，交流互動(dòng)積極，氛圍和諧，目標(biāo)清晰，富有成效。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">林盛娟老師：</p><p class="ql-block">5月25日上午，我們一行六人隨同陳雪梅組長(zhǎng)前往海南華僑中學(xué)觀摩學(xué)習(xí)。</p><p class="ql-block">有幸聽到由八（10）班黎曉晴執(zhí)教的Ｍ7Ｕ2閱讀課，九（13）班黃文慧老師主講的話題復(fù)習(xí)課：家鄉(xiāng)與變化&自然生態(tài)和七（23）班王瓊嬌老師主講的Ｍ10Ｕ1聽說課。</p><p class="ql-block">三位老師依托教材，結(jié)合學(xué)情和課型設(shè)計(jì)不同的教學(xué)活動(dòng)，圍繞話題主線開展聽說、閱讀等教學(xué)活動(dòng)。黎曉晴老師主講的閱讀課結(jié)構(gòu)清晰，環(huán)環(huán)相扣，學(xué)生們?cè)诶蠋煹囊龑?dǎo)下，研讀English course語篇，通過思維導(dǎo)圖梳理what, how,when,why等細(xì)節(jié)信息，且能根據(jù)自己對(duì)文本的理解，運(yùn)用本課的目標(biāo)句型、詞匯進(jìn)行Chinese course的遷移應(yīng)用。</p><p class="ql-block">三位老師的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)給我留下深刻的印象，作為一線教師的我們，只有深入解讀文本，方能更好的落實(shí)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)，只有不斷地提升自身的業(yè)務(wù)能力，才能帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生走得更遠(yuǎn)。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">羅麗娜老師：</p><p class="ql-block">通過本次聽課，我覺得在教學(xué)方面收獲很多。雖然只聽了三節(jié)課，盡管這三節(jié)課型不一，但是每一節(jié)課都有很多值得我學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的地方。尤其是八年級(jí)老師的這堂課，給我留下了特別深刻的印象。</p><p class="ql-block">首先，課堂有條不素，井然有序，這是師生配合默契，最直接的體現(xiàn)。孩子們?cè)缫蚜?xí)慣成自然。良好的課堂習(xí)慣，是課堂順利高效進(jìn)行的前提。</p><p class="ql-block">并且充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極性，讓學(xué)生真正成為課堂的主人。這是新課標(biāo)的重要特點(diǎn)，也是素質(zhì)教育的要求。注重學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)，注重主體參與。</p><p class="ql-block">處理文本思路清晰，逐步層層遞進(jìn)，輸出部分運(yùn)用復(fù)述的方式，檢測(cè)學(xué)生是否掌握本節(jié)課需要達(dá)成的目標(biāo)，扎實(shí)而有層次。</p><p class="ql-block">我覺得老師在每個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中對(duì)孩子的要求一定要清楚明確，而且難易一定要適中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己應(yīng)該干什么時(shí)，才有可能干好這件事。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">符妙老師：</p><p class="ql-block">一、嚴(yán)抓單詞課文的背誦，可以在課前聽寫?？舍槍?duì)相同的內(nèi)容，進(jìn)行三次聽寫，第一次可以寬容學(xué)生的錯(cuò)誤，但是第二次聽寫若再次錯(cuò)誤，就將聽寫錯(cuò)誤的學(xué)生名單發(fā)到家長(zhǎng)群。</p><p class="ql-block">二、上課前要有個(gè)心理預(yù)期，設(shè)想學(xué)生會(huì)回答什么內(nèi)容，提前做好準(zhǔn)備：會(huì)用的詞匯及句式。</p><p class="ql-block">三、聽力活動(dòng)設(shè)置的分段聽，降低聽力難度，符合學(xué)生學(xué)情。</p><p class="ql-block">四、上課前要有個(gè)心理預(yù)期，設(shè)想學(xué)生會(huì)回答什么內(nèi)容，提前做好準(zhǔn)備：會(huì)用的詞匯及句式。</p><p class="ql-block">五、讓學(xué)生培養(yǎng)朗讀的習(xí)慣很重要，在聽后、讀后環(huán)節(jié)要讓學(xué)生朗讀，在朗讀中感受課文主人公的語音語調(diào)的變化，去檢驗(yàn)自己學(xué)到了哪些，讀之后又能有什么新的體會(huì)。</p><p class="ql-block">六、對(duì)教材的分析要足夠全面、挖掘要足夠深入，從文章的結(jié)構(gòu)到內(nèi)容都要分析到位，為學(xué)生構(gòu)建框架，為后續(xù)寫作做鋪墊。分析文章結(jié)構(gòu)，能夠幫助學(xué)生了解寫作的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，讓學(xué)生腦子里能有寫作框架。分析文本內(nèi)容，例如詞、短語和句式，在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行追問，發(fā)展學(xué)生思維，能夠豐富學(xué)生語言知識(shí)。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">林開嬌老師：</p><p class="ql-block">能夠有幸到海南僑中學(xué)習(xí)聽課，感悟課堂氛圍，吸收教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，讓我對(duì)于課堂教學(xué)有了更多的感悟。</p><p class="ql-block">身為一名老師，課堂就是我們的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，所有的準(zhǔn)備工作都是為了這堂課能不能取得好的效果，學(xué)生能不能學(xué)習(xí)到新的知識(shí)，領(lǐng)悟新的學(xué)習(xí)方法，每節(jié)課都是不同的，但是每節(jié)課的目的都是相同的。</p><p class="ql-block">不同的老師有不同的性格特點(diǎn)，和學(xué)生交流的方法不同，但是關(guān)鍵的始終一致：老師是輔助推薦生學(xué)習(xí)的客體，對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)較好的學(xué)生要給學(xué)生更多的展示和發(fā)揮發(fā)散的空間，對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)較弱的學(xué)生要有指導(dǎo)引導(dǎo)構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)的梯子。在課堂上教師要關(guān)注學(xué)生，習(xí)慣去反復(fù)確定學(xué)生是否接受接收到知識(shí)或者指令。在英語文本分析時(shí)候要時(shí)刻注意應(yīng)用思維導(dǎo)圖，幫助學(xué)生構(gòu)建知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)框架，更好的掌握吸收知識(shí)。</p> 三、結(jié)束語 <p class="ql-block"> 交流學(xué)習(xí)是一縷清新的空氣，為學(xué)校帶來新的生機(jī)和活力；外出聽課是潺潺的流水，賜予教師一段新鮮而又獨(dú)特的體驗(yàn)和感悟，教學(xué)的生命會(huì)因它而更加精彩繽紛！</p> <p class="ql-block">
