<p class="ql-block">正月十五的燈，是一盞一盞點(diǎn)起來的。檐下、橋頭、街口，先亮幾處。等人走到街心的時候，整條街燈火已經(jīng)鋪開。</p><p class="ql-block">那時候叫燈市。</p><p class="ql-block">燈扎成魚，扎成龍，也有一樹一樹的花燈。風(fēng)一過，燈影輕搖，遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)望去，滿城燈火。辛棄疾寫過這一夜。</p><p class="ql-block">青玉案·元夕</p><p class="ql-block">東風(fēng)夜放花千樹，</p><p class="ql-block">更吹落、星如雨。</p><p class="ql-block">寶馬雕車香滿路。</p><p class="ql-block">鳳簫聲動，玉壺光轉(zhuǎn)，</p><p class="ql-block">一夜魚龍舞。</p><p class="ql-block">蛾兒雪柳黃金縷，</p><p class="ql-block">笑語盈盈暗香去。</p><p class="ql-block">眾里尋他千百度，</p><p class="ql-block">驀然回首，</p><p class="ql-block">那人卻在，</p><p class="ql-block">燈火闌珊處。</p><p class="ql-block">燈像花一樣開，焰火落下來，像一陣星雨。車馬過街，香氣滿路；簫聲在夜里起伏，魚龍燈在街市翻飛。那時候的元宵夜，大概就是這樣。平日夜禁森嚴(yán)，到這一晚卻可以一直走到深夜，燈火照城，人潮如水。</p><p class="ql-block">有人看燈，也有人在人群里尋找。</p><p class="ql-block">眾里尋他千百度。</p><p class="ql-block">在人海里走了很久，忽然回頭，整座燈市遠(yuǎn)了。只剩一句：</p><p class="ql-block">那人卻在燈火闌珊處。</p><p class="ql-block">我索性用英文把它重譯了一遍：</p><p class="ql-block">?</p><p class="ql-block">Lantern Festival</p><p class="ql-block">(after Xin Qiji)</p><p class="ql-block">A thousand lanterns flare, sparks lifting into the dark;</p><p class="ql-block">carriages roll past, horses striking stone,</p><p class="ql-block">flutes cutting through the night—</p><p class="ql-block">the moon alone above.</p><p class="ql-block">Lanterns sweep the square, bright against the cold.</p><p class="ql-block">Gold at her temples, pins caught in flame;</p><p class="ql-block">laughter rising among the crowd.</p><p class="ql-block">I searched a thousand times</p><p class="ql-block">through the turning sea—</p><p class="ql-block">and in the dim light</p><p class="ql-block">there she is.</p><p class="ql-block">?</p><p class="ql-block">燈亮一夜，人散一城。</p><p class="ql-block">但有些句子會留下來。</p>
