<h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">。<br>《潭門》—海南東部濱臨大海的小鎮(zhèn)。它毗鄰的另一個(gè)小鎮(zhèn)《博鰲》因亞洲論壇而聲名鵲起。而《潭門鎮(zhèn)》又因近幾年“三沙"(西沙、中沙、南沙）及黃巖島的主權(quán)之爭讓潭門名聲大震。我們懷著好奇的心情，兩次走進(jìn)小鎮(zhèn)游歷，留下了深刻的記憶。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">小鎮(zhèn)廣場上矗立高大的紀(jì)念碑，金光燦燦的“南海明珠”大字，豁然躍入眼簾。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">南海明珠潭門鎮(zhèn)面朝一望無垠的南海。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">《潭門》，是世界的一個(gè)特殊部落，潭門漁民是世界歷史上唯一連續(xù)開發(fā)“三沙”的特有群體。<br>從宋元年間開始，每家每戶的青壯男子都會(huì)隨著浩浩蕩蕩的漁船隊(duì)伍，駛向?qū)掗煹闹袊虾４驖O謀生，一代一代向下傳承。這里的漁民早就把黃巖島視為自己的祖宗島。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">以前潭門漁民在南海捕魚時(shí)見不到其他國家的漁船，大約從1985年開始，其他國家漁民開始出現(xiàn)在南海西沙和南沙海域。周邊國家的軍警也開始在南海巡邏，驅(qū)趕、抓扣中國漁民。1995年3月還發(fā)生了62名漁民被菲律賓抓扣的事件。2000到2015年，潭門漁民有203次被驅(qū)趕被抓扣。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">但在18大后中國海警和解放軍海軍加強(qiáng)在南海的巡邏，我們漁民被其他國家抓扣的情況減少很多。2015年只有兩次。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">習(xí)主席2013年4月8日視察潭門，親切接見漁民并合影。習(xí)總書記的視察對潭門來說具有歷史意義。習(xí)總書記這次來潭門考察帶來的信息是，鼓勵(lì)漁民去三沙及黃巖島捕魚，南海艦隊(duì)會(huì)保駕護(hù)航，讓漁民們放心的去捕魚。<br></font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">國家近兩年投資5000萬元，建立起來潭門中心魚港。港內(nèi)能容納上千只捕魚船只，附近還建立了很大的漁船修建廠。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">排列整齊的大型捕魚 船。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">近年來，漁民出海捕魚的安全問題大大改善。捕魚的熱情大大提高，經(jīng)濟(jì)收入提升極大。一般漁船出海到三沙群島要行程四天四夜，而到黃巖島需要一個(gè)月左右。出海一個(gè)月，回來休整一個(gè)月。一個(gè)漁民一個(gè)月收入2到3萬元。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">捕捉到的魚蝦除交給國家外，就上岸直銷給商販或居民。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">漁船進(jìn)港后，新鮮的海鮮很快會(huì)銷售一空。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">大個(gè)的螃蟹。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">龍蝦。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各種蚶累。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">魚類。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">晾曬魚干。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">昔日的小漁村，已發(fā)展成為經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速增長的商業(yè)名鎮(zhèn)。漁民都蓋起了幾百平米的三層樓房居住。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">擺放在鎮(zhèn)大街上的破舊木制漁船。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">現(xiàn)在鎮(zhèn)上，商鋪林立。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">漁家居住的樓房。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">內(nèi)港岸邊漁民居住的樓房。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">修建了潭門村文化遺產(chǎn)展館。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">館里展出了大量的文物，證實(shí)這里歷代漁民在此生息發(fā)展的情況。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">歷代漁民們打撈上來的沉船中的瓷器、銅錢等文物。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">與珊瑚銹濁在一起的古代銅錢。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">照片后面墻壁上漂亮的小瓷盤，是這里的漁民在海上沉船中打撈出來的瓷器文物。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">漁民的女兒在展館為我們認(rèn)真的講解。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">熱情地為我們沖泡海南咖啡。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">海南特有的菊黃茶。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">走下堤壩，在小船邊留影。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">近距離地接觸南海明珠的漁民，看到的是樂觀、善良、和諧。<br>歡喜的阿嫂織漁網(wǎng)。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">懷抱希望的年輕母親。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">童真的娃娃與溫順的狗狗。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">狗狗在這里沒有驚恐，更沒有猙獰，它們自由自在地與這里的漁民平安相處。</font></h3> <h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">哥倆好不愜意。</font></h3>
