<h3>豉油大蝦</h3><h3>原料:大蝦,西紅柿</h3><h3>配料:醬油,耗油,糖,料酒</h3> <h3>大蝦洗凈,剪掉蝦腳和長(zhǎng)須,去掉蝦線。</h3> <h3>西紅柿切丁。</h3> <h3>醬油,糖,耗油,料酒按1:1:1:1兌好。</h3> <h3>熱鍋倒油,放入大蝦,不要翻炒,讓油先把蝦煎一下,然后再翻面。我這蝦有點(diǎn)多,呵呵。</h3> <h3>放入西紅柿丁,然后繼續(xù)翻炒。</h3> <h3>倒入兌好的料汁,翻炒讓大蝦均勻上色,然后加適量水或高湯,然后大火收汁即可。</h3> <h3>成品。</h3>
