Are these goals for teaching design attainable?maybe yes,may be no,but affirmatively I would say everything is possible,although it may be tough.Sometimes we don't necessarily aim high,presupposeing it won't happen,then surely enough,it just doesn't happen as we expected.Sadly,it goes from bad to worse,consequently,it grows into a vacious circle.Nevertheless,as a teacher,we get to decide what to teach,how to teach when it comes to classroom teaching,the more elaborate our teaching design,the more effective our production of our teaching effect becomes.</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(128, 128, 128);"> Goals that we pursue make our class teaching satisfactorily appreciated and appropriately well grounded:1.The accurate starting point regarding the outline of TD.2.The specific direction regarding the aims of TD.3.The innovative though regarding the soul of TD.4.The delicate concept regarding the wings of TD.5.The flexible method regarding the presentation of TD.6.The refined practice regarding the joint of TD.7.The succinct blackboard layout regarding the eye of TD.</span></h3> <h3><span style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);"> In order to judge the effectiveness of any test it is sensible to lay down criteria against which the test can be measured.Today,Mr SunLuShan,talks about validity and reliability.Actually,so far as I know,the purpose of a number of different types of test is to rate Ss'ability to get themselves out of trouble (repair skills) and how well they successfully complete the task which we set them,helping Ss get their learning to the level required,examining how much they have learnt from our classroom teaching.</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);"> As a TR staff,it is our responsibility is to guide teachers through the professional growth,promote effective teaching in the classroom.In this way,teachers effectively elevate the teaching quality of the subjects so as to improve teachers ability of setting a paper.a.The understanding and grasp of the teaching materials in the course of first-line teaching (the logical frame system, main problems,difficult problems,and the connotation of specific problems)b.The practical teaching difficulties encountered in the first-line teaching,which are difficult to master.c.How to solve it and how it works will have a make-or-break influence on teaching quality.</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);"> Take our time when we are analytically giving teachers expert feedbacks and help them get to a higher level.</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(255, 138, 0);"> </span></h3> <h3> ????When we preparing Ss for an exam,we need to ignore the exam from time to time so that we have opportunities to work on general issues,and so that students can take part in the kind of motivating activities that are appropriate for all class teachings.</h3>
