<h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> Is it confusing to get the idea of my title what specifically "me" and "I" mean???wanna take a guess?alrighty,in fact,me and I both refer to students,who get respected,achieve their full potential and get encouraged to maintain their innermost interest when we are saying curriculum display at school.Today,Miss WangBo,who gives us a lecture about the development of implementation of school-based curriculum.If you ask me,I am 100%sure that School-based curriculum is a must in consideration of the enhancement level of the teachers'professonal development,the promotion level of students'individuality development and the formation of features and advantages of the school.</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> There is no denying that school-based curriculum benefits teachers and students a great deal which has an excellent source of development of teachers and students let alone school featured products.There is no denying that the benefits are profoundly beneficial.School-based curriculum is more likely to involve all kinds of extracurricular subjects that students are eager to learn from.Additionally,we need to think it through with a particular implementation of scheme,a complete set of system and human-based management.</span></h3> <h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> Wow,Happy Friday,the day I enjoy most of the week,student A said happily...a gales of laughter resounding in the hall,with students at whatever level and at whatever age,they are engaging in class fully...I dare say the index of Ss'happiness must be prettttttttttttty highhhhh????????????</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> man,I am greatly impressed with school-based curriculum that has been carried out by Experimental Elementary school.It is accepted for most fields of learning that motivation is essential to success: that we have to want to do something to success at it.Without such motivation we will almost certainly fail to make the necessary effort.If motivation is so important,therefore,it makes sense to try and develop our understanding of it.Are all students motivated in the same way?What is the teacher's role in a student's motivation?how can we motivation be sustained???????If students are to continue to be intrinsically motivated they clearly need to be interested both in the subject they are studying and in the activities and school-based curriculum they are presented with.We need to provide them with a variety of scool-based curriculum to keep them entirely engaged.School-based curriculum to take into class will be crucial,but even more important than this will be the ways in which it is used in the school schedule.</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> Our attempts to initiate and sustain our Ss'motivation are absolutely critical to their learning success.</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> ......Love "me",love my"dog"...??????</span></h3><h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> </span></h3> <h3><span style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">Mm,yummy eh,eating is joy,^_^everyday we have our three meals of the day at dining rooming SA hotel.While eating,listening to Oldies which we enjoy much,in the meantime,I shoot the breeze with our "classmates",as if I am carefree and feel am not in a hurry for the first time...believe or not,back to my school,I am always tied up everyday,doing stuff that Ain't related to my teaching....at all..????lol,anyhow,good to be part of this program:)</span></h3>
