＂所謂創(chuàng)作底木刻者，不模仿，不復(fù)制，作者捏木向木。直刻下去。＂文豪魯迅先生是這樣地說木刻家的。他還說：＂版畫以木刻為正宗，木刻以黑白為正宗。＂多年來我受到先生的影響，情衷于黑白木刻。孜孜不倦以刀代筆，直面木版，刻畫著我眼中的世界。</p><p class="ql-block"> 黑白木刻具有強大的生命力，它以其強烈的黑白對比，簡潔的層次，剛勁的刀味，變幻的木味，成為造型藝術(shù)中不可替代的一個畫種。木刻獨有的魅力及風(fēng)格也成為具有高文化素養(yǎng)和藝術(shù)鑒賞能力人士的深深喜愛。</p> <p class="ql-block"> 一副鐵筆和幾塊木板，木刻家在畫稿、刻制、拓印的整個過程中享受快感。多種多樣的刻法，多品種的木刻刀，鏟去多余，留下畫面。詩一般的凝煉。簡約、質(zhì)樸、明快、小中見大，單純的繪畫語言準確無誤地敘述著思想和情感。創(chuàng)造性地表達其獨特的構(gòu)思，塑造震撼人心的視覺形象。</p><p class="ql-block"> 而今小幅的黑白木刻受到了展出及市場的沖擊，許多畫家過度地追求照片式的層次，追求大尺寸木刻。小幅木刻需要畫家投入大量的時間和精力潛心創(chuàng)作。而市場很小，價格無法與其它畫種比肩。不可思議的是全國美展竟有不少于三十公分的荒唐要求，導(dǎo)致木刻竟然同其它畫種比個頭。這樣無疑對黑白木刻這個品種是一個摧殘。一位老木刻家概嘆道：＂這是木刻的自殺。＂</p><p
