<h3>醉美丹東—我的第四次越野（Beautiful DanDong-My fourth trail)</h3> <h3>金秋十月將盡，舉國上下是各種跑跑跑，各種越野和馬拉松！跑了三次越野之后的我本想嘗試一下真正的馬拉松！計劃跑個半程先看看什么感覺！一不小心看到丹東山地半程越野馬拉松！越野和半程二者結(jié)合起來圓了我2017年半程馬拉松的夢?。═here are many marathons and cross country trails going on at the end of golden October.I really want to tryout real marathon one time at this good moment.So I initially planned trying half marathon and see what is the feeling.I registered this race happily when I see the Dandong mountain half marathon by happenstance.It combined cross country and marathon,that’s what I need exactly.)</h3> <h3>賽道和我預(yù)計的差不多，沒有多大的爬升，但是坡小而多！（The racing space is not so difficult as I predicted,the hills are not abrupt but too many.)</h3> <h3>提前一天到了丹東！匆忙入住酒店之后就手機導(dǎo)航跑步去了丹東體校領(lǐng)取裝備。小小插曲，居然在花名冊上沒有看到的我的名字?。↖ reached Dandong one day ahead and run to Dandong physical education school for my gears.A little interlude happened,they can’t find my name on the rosters.)</h3> <h3>馬上出示手機短信確認(rèn)已經(jīng)交了報名費！組委會現(xiàn)場加個1285號給我！但是告訴我沒有保險了！我是無所謂了，這種比賽估計也摔不死人的！于是欣然同意?。═he organisers added no 1285 to me after I showed my confirmation message .But they told me I can’t get insurance because it’s too late.I agreed happily because my luck won’t so bad.)</h3> <h3>晚上睡前來個定妝照，就這點玩意了！讓兒子露個臉?。═ook one final photo for the gears,all are here.Let me show my lovely son’s faces.)</h3> <h3>早上六點起床，洗洗正好趕上日出斷橋上空！一個字來形容-很美?。 getting up at morning six o’clock,the sun just come out behind the Yalu river bridge,it looks so beautiful!)</h3> <h3>洗個臉?biāo)⒀篮笕滩蛔≡賮砼囊粡埩裟?看著賞心悅目?。?I took one more photo for this raising sun after washing up.It looked so nice.)</h3> <h3>趕往元寶山公園偶遇大神兩大神.抓緊合個影！I am lucky enough to meet two supper runners .It must take photos for memories.)</h3> <h3>天蠻好就是風(fēng)大啊，抓緊跑起來吧能暖??點或許?。═he weather seems ok but the wind is so strong.Hoping to start running early to getting warm .)</h3> <h3>早上八點準(zhǔn)時發(fā)槍！動起來！(The trail starts exactly at 8 o’clock,let’s keep moving.)</h3> <h3>這個是在五公里處得到的第一張照片，雖然遠(yuǎn)了點，但還是可以看出是我自己，知足者常樂！(I got my first photo at point of 5km,a little far away from camera,but still can recognise that is me.Feel satisfactory!)</h3> <h3>感謝攝影師志愿者幫忙留下的美好記憶?。═hanks give to all the photographers volunteers,they help us keep the good memories.)</h3> <h3>繼續(xù)奔跑吧兄弟！(keep running,brother!)</h3> <h3>也不知道叫什么山看到美麗的銀杏樹興奮的跳了起來。(I become excited and Jumped up when passing the beautiful ginkgo trees on the unnamed mountain.)</h3> <h3>這個塔也不錯來一張吧！(This tower looked nice also,one photo please.)</h3> <h3>一個小時53分鐘完賽了，抓緊穿衣服去凍死了?。↖t took me one hour and 53 minuets to complete this trail. I must go back add clothes,it’s too cold to stay.)</h3> <h3>一路凍的手都縮在衣服里！也懶得拿手機出來照相了！只有這幾張了！(I am lazy to take the sceneries because it’s freezing and must keep the hand inside the sleeves.So just few photos here.)</h3>
