Okay, let's go!</h3> <h3>I think in the Kindergarten is the most wonderful time in my life, we enjoy listening to Owen tell us stories from the books. They can be funny, scary or sad but we enjoy them all.</h3><h3><br></h3><h3><br></h3> <h3>Hello! My name's Vicky, every teacher in the Kindergarten likes me very much and I like our family too. I can draw myself using a mirror.</h3> <h3>I like to dress up and pretend to be someone else. I enjoy going to the third floor and wearing wigs, pretending to go the hairdressers. It's so fun!</h3> <h3>We love each other!</h3> <h3>Hello, my name's Ray! I like running around and playing with toys. My favourite is my monkey that I always play with. I like sugar too much so my teeth are black.I need to brush my teeth more and stop eating so many sweets!</h3> <h3>Hi, my name's Eva, I'm the youngest in Mango Class, sometimes I cry but only for a little while. Teachers think I'm so smart because I understand a lot of English.I will try not cry next term because I'm a big girl! </h3> <h3>I am Albert, I like English very much and I'm very good at speaking English. Look, I can play basketball very well. I enjoy all outdoor activities because I can play with my friends and learn to be creative. </h3> <h3>Hello, I'm Sam! I have a big brother who I really love, I learn a lot of from him. In English class I try my hardest and always listen to the teacher. Sometimes I can get very excited in the classroom because I find all the other students really funny. </h3> <h3>Hello, I'm Charlie. English is important to me because I like speaking to my teachers about my younger sister. I have a lot of fun in this Kindergarten especially in Art class! Sometimes I can be shy but its ok because I know I'm a good girl! </h3> <h3>Hi! I'm Eddy. I'm a strong boy. I've only been in Mango class a short time so I find English difficult sometimes. I will try my hardest next term to learn more! I’m extremely honest to my teachers. </h3> <h3>Hello guys! I'm Emily. I find the foreign teachers so funny, we play together everyday. My favourite thing to do is sing songs in English class.</h3><h3>It takes me a long time to eat my food and get changed. Next term I will be better at this! </h3><h3><br /></h3> <h3>I'm Tom! I’m always so fast at eating my food because I want to be strong and the fastest. I really like English, I can understand a lot. My foreign teachers think I'm a good boy. Sometimes in the morning I get sad saying goodbye to my mother, I should try to be a big boy next term! </h3> <h3>Susie Susie Susie! I'm Susie! </h3><h3>Im a very happy girl, I really like playing with my foreign teachers, they make me laugh all the time. I love reading books it makes me want to learn more English. </h3><h3>I'm so kind and helpful in the classroom. Next term I should eat faster because I know I can do it! </h3> <h3>Hello I'm Hank. I'm a little shy because I'm always sick but when I'm at school I really like to play with my friends. </h3><h3>Next term I will try to be healthy so I can come to school everyday. </h3> <h3> 下學(xué)期將會有三名新成員加入芒果家族，靜待果開……</h3> <h3>We play in every area of the Kindergarten to experience new things. We play in the sand pit and create our own designs.</h3> <h3>We can do most things by ourselves in the kindergarten. We are learning to be independent so we don't have to rely on our parents and teachers to do everything. </h3> <h3>We make sure we clean up after ourselves. We take the food from the canteen and bring it to the classroom. After we have finished we take the dirty plates and cutlery to be cleaned. </h3> <h3>Every Friday we clean the classroom to keep it looking pretty and make sure we don't get ill. It teaches us to respect our classroom because we are the ones who have to clean it so we always keep it clean!</h3> <h3>We always help each other whenever we can, because we are family!</h3> <h3>The older students in the class help the younger students because we must teach them how to do things. </h3> <h3>We look out for the younger students in class because we can teach them what we have learned being older. </h3> <h3>The older girls in the class also help the younger girls in the class.</h3> <h3>We play as a family, and look out for each other, like a family. Togetherness is strength.</h3> <h3>Owen learned how to make the girls hair more beautiful!</h3> <h3>This is our first family photo. At the beginning, our family only had 8 kids, but now we have 11, we think there will be more and more kids joining our family.</h3> <h3>This was our Autumn Outing , we learnt the flower named Chrysanthemum .</h3> <h3>That day, we also made pizza. It was delicious!</h3> <h3>Chef Owen</h3> <h3>In the Mid-Autumn Festival, we made mooncakes by ourselves. We all enoyed making and then eating them, they were so yummy!</h3> <h3><br></h3> <h3>Joe helped us make lanterns! </h3> <h3>We can learn so much from activities and festivals we do and celebrate at the school. Life is a journey and we are always learning. </h3> <h3>We not only use English in the classroom but we also use English outside the classroom. Joe put words around the Kindergarten and we had to find them. It was a great time!</h3> <h3>We study Maths in English also. We can understand how to do addition and subtraction. Also, recognize shapes and colours. We have Maths in Strawberry, Orange and Apple books. </h3> <h3>Even the youngest students do Maths in English and they understand how to do it.</h3> <h3>Apple maths</h3> <h3>Strawberry Maths!</h3> <h3>Orange Maths!</h3> <h3>We learnt what to do if there is a bomb explosion in the city. We also use this day to remember what happened to China and hope no one else has to experience this. </h3> <h3>We also learnt about foreign festivals such as Halloween. We used pumpkins to make scary faces and put lights in them. </h3> <h3>Many hands make light work. </h3> <h3>SCARY!</h3> <h3>Charlie looked amazing in her scary witch costume. We had a great experience going to a park and drawing trees and nature. </h3> <h3>We have one party a month to celebrate everybody’s birthday!</h3> <h3>A happy day!</h3> <h3>We all met Santa Claus and he gave us presents. He only gives presents to good boys and girls so we must always behave in class and work hard. </h3> <h3>Our parents also enjoy keeping fit so they showed everyone that exercise is important no matter your age. </h3> <h3>We celebrated our Sports Meeting by dressing up as pilots and air stewardesses. We looked great and everyone was jealous of us.</h3> <h3> 目前，我國絕大部分還是自獨生子女，他們因缺乏兄弟姐妹而導(dǎo)致交往不足，而混齡班恰恰能彌補獨生子女先天的家庭缺失，讓不同年齡的兒童學(xué)會謙讓、耐心等。大點的孩子產(chǎn)生哥哥姐姐的責(zé)任感，較小的孩子通過對哥哥姐姐的模仿學(xué)習(xí)，在各方面得到飛速的發(fā)展。</h3><h3> 不僅如此，全英文教學(xué)通過外教帶給孩子的不僅僅是第二語言，更重要的是多元的異國文化風(fēng)情，倡導(dǎo)體驗、實踐、參與、合作與交流的學(xué)習(xí)方式和任務(wù)型教學(xué)途徑，通過日常生活教學(xué)和國內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日、生日派對等活動，讓孩子在情景游戲中潛移默化習(xí)得英語，并為孩子建立開闊的視野和穩(wěn)定的自我概念，提高建設(shè)性地解決人際沖突的能力，以及跨文化的交流溝通技能和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。</h3> <h3>This is our life in Mango class.
